Check in was great! Room was dirty. Breakfast had not 1 piece of fruit. I was excited for the bar however the food was all processed and fried. Bartender needs basic bar training. It felt like everyone was doing 2 jobs. Cleaning rooms and front desk. Bartending and cooking food. This place needs lots of love.

Property and amenities were great. Reservation service was terrible. Booked through Expedia. QI & S lost our reservation on a very popular weekend and rooms were sold out. After 2 hours of investigating, waiting w/proof of conf# & payment, mysteriously a room became available from a cancellation. When we arrived, staff was very attentive, however, never received any discount and anything for the headache and issues with booking,

Check in went well, however when we got to the room, you could tell it had been closed up since it was used last; stale hot air, (with current 90° outdoor temps), we cranked the air and left the room within minutes to go to the pool area. The pool fans need upkeep as there was a constant screetching from them, pool water was pretty cold. Luckily when we got back up to the room about an hour later it had finally cooled off. One bedspread had unknown stains. The rest of the nught went well, uneventful. Easy check out, okay breakfast.

Due to unforeseen circumstances I was unable to stay at this facility. I called and stopped by to cancel reservation. I was told I’d have to contact Expedia. At the time of securing the room I did not realize that there is no cancellation!! Please help me out with this dilemma!!

Did not refund for a booking that ended up going unused. Felt predatory the way they list themselves on the same hwy as the hotel I actually intended to book, then wouldnt refund when I showed up to the correct hotel, booked in person after being informed i dodnt have a reservation (luckily), and tried to explain the mix up of what happened. Correct hotel said that these mix ups happen all the time through every 3rd party site because of how its listed. Expedia did their best to help, but this hotel would not work towards a resolution.

Found out upon arrival that they now have a pet policy and not shown on your website that I used to make the reservation. Additional cost of $25 plus agreement defining costs in event of property destruction by our pet. Have stayed at this motel before and did not pay extra for pet.

We liked the location as it was just off the road. The hotel is somewhat aged. It may have been top notch in its day but that may have been 30-40 years ago. I may be influenced by the fact that when we checked in at 9:30 on a Friday night, we were just the 4th car in the parking lot. Somehow that added a creepiness factor. We didn’t swim but the pool looked inviting.

Overall it was a great stay but it didn't start that way. We first stopped in after a long trip at 1:30PM on Thursday 3/23/23. We had no intent to check in early. The desk person was extremely rude, condescending and ill mannered. After telling her we had no intention of checking in early, we left for a softball game. We came back at 4PM to check in and were greeted by one of the friendliest and helpful young ladies that we have ever encountered at a hotel. From that point on, it was a great stay! I got the names but after 4 games in two days, I don't remember. I spoke with representatives of management at checkout and they knew who I was talking about.

I stayed 3 nights. The bathroom was not very clean. My second night I was awoken around midnight to the fire alarms and lights going off. I ran outside in my pjs with my jacket. After about an hour I did not see any activity so went in to the front desk. Apparently someone was vaping in their room which caused the alarms to go off. They figured out how to stop the alarms but the lights were flashing for hours afterwards. I had to be up at 0500 that morning so I was not very happy. I messaged the hotel requesting reimbursement for that night but have not heard back. The coffee is good but other than that the breakfast is not impressive at all.
