We loved the amenities this hotel had, the pool, gym and little office area were great. Breakfast was wonderful and convenient as well. Rooms were comfortable and staff were great and friendly!

Hotel is comfortable, breakfast was good and had a diverse selection of items (not just a bunch of pastries and fruit), and the staff were very kind and professional. I would definitely return.

We like the hot tub and the regular pool. They have a great breakfasts that the kids love. Beds are warm and comfy and the staff is wonderful and listen and fulfill our requests.

Check in staff made me feel less valuable due to booking through Expedia and not them directly. Very blunt and refused my membership points. I reminded her that there are many other options to take my business, but I chose them.

Three night stay we found all the staff were very pleasant to talk to. Hotel was very clean Landry facility was clean and machines worked. Best complimentary breakfasts I have every had.

Rear parking and access points from that lot would be helpful to know at check-in since there are numerous spots reserved for various purposes in the front of the hotel. Overall the room and common spaces were clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

The staff at check in was very pleasant and friendly and the rooms were clean with all the facilities you would require. The entrance if you are traveling south on hwy 62 requires you to make a left hand turn which depending upon the traffic can be slow and you are holding up on lane of traffic lined up behind you.

We had a great time and loved swimming before bedtime. Pillows could smell fresher but we just didn’t use them, and the bed was still comfortable enough. We had a great sleep! The staff at the front desk could be more welcoming and polite, but the staff assisting at breakfast time was attentive and cordial.
