Three night stay we found all the staff were very pleasant to talk to. Hotel was very clean Landry facility was clean and machines worked. Best complimentary breakfasts I have every had.

Rear parking and access points from that lot would be helpful to know at check-in since there are numerous spots reserved for various purposes in the front of the hotel. Overall the room and common spaces were clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

The staff at check in was very pleasant and friendly and the rooms were clean with all the facilities you would require. The entrance if you are traveling south on hwy 62 requires you to make a left hand turn which depending upon the traffic can be slow and you are holding up on lane of traffic lined up behind you.

We had a great time and loved swimming before bedtime. Pillows could smell fresher but we just didn’t use them, and the bed was still comfortable enough. We had a great sleep! The staff at the front desk could be more welcoming and polite, but the staff assisting at breakfast time was attentive and cordial.

Fave Belleville hotel
I go to Belleville regularly, and this is my favourite place to stay. I especially appreciate that there are gluten-free options (cereal/toast) for breakfast, and the breakfast room is pleasant and filled with light. I find all the staff are helpful, caring and kind. A home away from home.

Everything was great about this property except the pool issues. Both mornings, the pool and/or hot tub were out of service for one reason or another. Both nights, however, they were back in order, so if their maintenance staff had taken care of the "chemical imbalances" a little earlier, there'd have been no issue. Promptly kicking everyone (not just us- other families in there too enjoying themselves) was a bit much...maybe keep it open a little later? All this just leads me to think they need to hire more staff. The staff that was there were all super nice & helpful. If you don't like pools, then give this place 5 stars. Otherwise plan ahead for intermittent pool issues. The breakfast surpassed expectations, with something different each day (cheesy eggs vs cheese egg omelet, backn vs sausage, etc). Pancake machine looked cool, but I didn't use it. The breakfast potatoes were yummy. Fully stocked with hot sauce packets, syrup, and look for bagel cream cheese in fridge. lol now I'm hungry...
