The location is perfect! In the middle of a walking, very nice, shopping district in old town. Exceeded my expectations and a great value too!

Overall stay was fine. Reception v good and breakfast was great. Room was not particularly clean and was only ‘made up’ rather than cleaned during the day. Was in one of the top floor rooms and it leaked when we had a period of heavy rain. Hope that is rectified. Bed not the most comfortable, pillows in particular I struggled with. Could be personal preference though.

Desk staff was extremely helpful. Good room with street view. Foldout couch and bedding were taking up half the room and housekeeping never came to close it. Good location and breakfast at cafe next door.

Great little hotel
The location of the hotel couldn't have been better for us. It is on the main tourist street (pedestrianised) through the city and 100m from the park and right next to a shopping centre with large supermarket. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would really recommend asking the hotel for a transfer if you are coming from the airport. We didn't know about this until the end of our stay and got a taxi to the hotel. As it's on a pedestrian street, the taxi has to drop you off right down the other end about 8 mins away. This isn't the best start to a trip as the street is cobbled and pulling a case along it that far is tiring! The hotel transfer stops right by the hotel though! You will probably see on other reviews, the hotel has no lifts. There are only three floors though, including the reception floor. The room was comfortable and the hotel was decorated nicely. I'm really glad we stayed here!

Great location, in the very center of the city but it is very noisy from early morning especially during weekends. Check in and check out took so much time. The hotel is clean. We were a little unlucky because the boiler broke down and we did not have hot water for a day..

The location couldn't be any better, the room was very clean and comfy bed. Staff was pretty nice, especially the lady with glasses working on reception.

Really nice and welcoming front desk including amazing over night security gentleman. Very helpful 24/7 and always polite. However, the property needs deep cleaning. When I arrived i had to clean the shelves and also the bathroom isn't im perfect condition. Overall i had a great stay except the housekeeping. We stayed for 12 nights. Also, the location is amazing.

The location of the Maison Royale is perfect—it's extremely close to Kalemegdan and so many amazing restaurants and cafes. The rooms are spacious and very nice, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The property does not have an elevator though, so guests should be aware of that.

Very Central, but..
No lift and 33 stairsteps to the first floor was frustrating carrying a 23Kg suitcase. The smell in the room was not good. Otherwise ok. Pedestrian area so no taxi can reach hotel. At least 100m walk if taxi find closest location. On arrival taxi left us 200 m from hotel. View from room over Knez Mihajlova was god, but very noisy in the eavenings.

Nice Hotel
Hotel is nice and the room is spacious but the lack of parking was really an issue. They offer off site parking at a charge, but even this was not available so we had to spend time driving around looking for a place to park. Very inconvenient.

Great place to stay, just come outside the hotel and you will find plenty of places to eat, shop, people watching etc... Fantastic place. Just 10 minute walk from the main bus stand Zeleni Vanac. simply marvelous place. Big thanks to the front desk folks, very helpful and cordial.

Just ok but in a great location
While the hotel has a perfect location which is its biggest plus, it has no elevator and at night loud noise from a bar downstairs. Little respect for Covid régulations. Rooms are fine.

Great stay, but when I asked about parking they said all their passes were used up and we had to find and pay for our own parking. This place is in an area that is accessible by walking only. So parking is a challenge.

The hotel is situated in one of the interesting portions of Belgrade: Knez Mihailova ulica. The hotel was climate controlled, quiet, and the staff were very friendly. They even provided you with a mobile phone that allows you to make local calls for free and access the internet as needed which I have never seen before. The "continental" breakfast was far more of a deluxe breakfast and was included in the very reasonable room price. I will definitely stay here again.

Great location in a beautiful city
Took a chance to stay in a busy area but was pleasantly surprised at how quiet the area was. Windows are double glazed and that helps. Room was a decent size. Shower was very good. No elevator. I was on the 1st floor so it wasn’t bad but I’m glad I didn’t have big suitcase. WiFi was decent. All the receptionists spoke good English and were helpful with tourist information. Location was great. In a pedestrianised area so you have to walk to get to the hotel but it’s not too far, aim for Mama Shelter. Breakfast was next door at Boutique and very good value.
