Charged my elderly disabled mother more than two days rate for early check in. Hotel is so so, she could not even stay the second day, we had to go somewhere else. Very disappointed. The only pros is location.

Dear Olga . We inform your mother for extra changing for the early check in and she agreed with extra payment . Other option was to wait in the restaurant until 14:00 pm when is check in time. Your mother check in in hotel on 08:32 am .

This hotel took good care of me. I am a female solo traveler who lost her luggage for most of my stay in Serbia. The staff at the hotel did everything they could to try to help me, went far above and beyond what most hotels would do. The breakfast was some of the best breakfast I have had at a hotel, the room was nice, I felt safe at the hotel and in the area. Note though if you are staying here that the hotel address is a bit confusing, the street numbers are not totally arranged sequentially so it is best to look up google maps for the address rather than relying on the numbers of the street (this isn't the hotel's fault). Overall, 5 star service and hotel, comes with high praise from this female solo traveler. Recommended!

The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is included and substantial. The only negative are the showers. The shower heads are best for handheld rinsing versus the usual wall mounted shower heads. If these could be fixed I'd have no complaints.

Belgrade Boutique House was one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. The friendly staff greeted us at the door, and quickly helped us settle in. The room was clean, spacious, and modern, with typical Eastern European charm. The bed was extremely comfortable, the water was hot and plentiful, and care was taken for social distancing, sanitization, and extra hygiene. Breakfast was served both on individual plating, or by buffet. It was plentiful, hot, varied, and delicious. Every detail was seen to. My husband noted that it seemed like a slava every day. The pool was sparkling clean and refreshing, in what can only be called a back garden oasis. Staff was always ready to see to your comfort with towels, slippers, and cool drinks. We needed to extend our stay, and this was done with ease. Although the property is a little outside of the city center, this was an advantage for the quiet at night, and the front desk was always ready to call a taxi for you. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a luxurious experience in Belgrade at a reasonable price. I will definitely choose to stay here in the future. Belgrade Boutique House is a gem of a place.

Flott lite hotell med store rom og aircondition. Vi hadde koselig veranda med utsikt til bassenget. Gode solsenger bed bassenget. Veldig hyggelig og god service av personalet. Fem minutt til buss og matbutikk. Ca 10 min. med buss til sentrum. Anbefales:)

Nice hotel outside city center. The facitilies are great, breakfast really good. Rooms are big and clean. Staff were very helpful. Note that there are no complimetary parkings at the hotel property. We were charged 600dinars for parking outside the garage

Very relaxing, helpful and quiet hotel.
We really enjoyed our stay in Belgrade Boutique hotel. The staff were always smiling, helpful and respectful. The manager even drove us to a bank to withdraw money the first day and when we needed a pump he drove to a store and bought us a new one. The rooms were extremely spacious and comfortable. The pool quite big and very relaxing. The breakfast ok. The suburb is very quiet and eventhough it is quite a distance from the City, the taxies are very cheap and will only cost around seven euro for a ride to the City. We Stayed there ten days and will defenitely come back at some stage.

Nous avons aimé l'accueil, même tardif, par contre légère erreur d interprétation sur la réservation de la chambre. En effet je pensai réservé une chambre avec une baignoire balnéothérapie et vue sur la piscine, d après les photos, mais nous avons eus une petite chambre avec douche et vue sur la rue. Pas grave pour autant puisque la rue n est pas bruyante et nous avons été plus que ravis du confort de la litterie. Le buffet de petit petit-déjeuner est très bien. La situation un peu en dehors de la ville fait de cet hôtel un petit coin de paradis que je recommande avec plaisir.

Bardzo fajny hotel z basenem w willowej okolicy
Bardzo dobry hotel z basenem. Jest parking oraz bardzo dobre śniadanie. Jedynie mieliśmy problem z pokojem, w którym nie działała klimatyzacja, ale obsługa przeniosła nas do sprawnego pokoju :)
