We had a lovely stay however, the breakfast really let it down as nearly all the hot items were cold or lukewarm and weren’t replenished often- neither were the glasses. We would stay again but would avoid the breakfast, which is a shame.

I really liked the ethical mission statement of this hotel using environmentally friendly electric power which is so important and wow what a beautiful interior and I loved the fact my room had way more than I was expecting! A kitchen and a beautiful seating space! Can’t wait to stay here again and it’s location is ideal!

What a find! I cannot think of one fault For the entire visit. Loved the decor, breakfast was great, the bar during the evening was ideal. The room has everything I needed, was clean and spacious. Would visit again!

This was a perfect stay. The members of staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Rooms were very comfortable and stocked w great products. Bar lively and entertaining. Would highly recommend.

The property is in a great location, within walking distance to the city hall and other interest points. We travelled as a group, so we had booked two separate apartments and asked for them to be close to each other. The staff were so helpful and put us next door to each other. After checking out we could leave our bags in the luggage room, which was great as we had a late flight and wanted to explore more of Belfast. What a great city, and a lovely property to stay at. Would definitely recommend.

Hotel was in a great location, it had a nice bar and room facilities were good. A few issues though, our booking was supposedly cancelled however in the Expedia app it still showed as confirmed and no refund was provided, thankfully after some kerfuffle it got resolved.

The hotel is STUNNING.. decorated so well, very clean and eco friendly. Excellent location and very attentive reception happily giving recommendations and insight into the area. The stay here was amazing, we had a slight issue with a light on the first evening and when we spoke to reception they fixed it right away. They happily stored our bags for us whilst we visited both before check in and after check out. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in Belfast!

Stayed here with my partner for several days and had a really lovely time. We were quite taken aback by just how nice the room and dining area were. Our bed was comfy, staff were really nice, we appreciated the things the hotel did to be more eco friendly, like having a refillable glass bottle for milk that could be refilled at the bar instead of little plastic containers. We would definitely stay again.

Home from home
This is by far one of the nicest hotels in Belfast and it’s an absolute bargain in price! We only stayed the one night but to get an entire 24 hour slot in a hotel is rare. The room was clean and tidy and had everything you could want! The bed was large and comfortable and the fact there was a third bed in the room blew my mind! And it was set out so well! And as for the bathroom! The shower was amazing! I’d rent a room in there for ages if I could afford it and never go home! The staff were also so friendly! But that’s what I expect from Belfast! Will definitely stay again!

I never do this but after staying here on 3 occasions, a total of 5 nights, I don’t believe I will back after the night I had, so my night started off fine, but I noticed throughout the day my air con turning on every 30 mins, (I have heard there are a few rooms with dodgy air con) the air con is so loud, at 10pm, 10.30 then 11, this resulted in me getting dressed, going to reception to be met by security, he told me no one was on reception and maybe speak to bar staff, but I managed to get a receptionist on her way out the door, who then said she will turn my air con off on her system, this lasted until 12.00am, on again, every half hour right up until 3am which I then had enough, i rang reception to then be told by security, that there are no hotel staff on at night which is ridiculous in itself, I then went down again to reception, the 2 security men tried their best to help me and tried to turn it off manually, I then went back up to room, around 4am this started every 3 mins then which I got very frustrated about, after a while I went to security again, they managed to temporarily get me into another room for some sleep, next morning I spoke to reception they were very sympathetic and gave me a complimentary bottle of rose but had I had sleep I know I’d had thought that as an insult for the night I experienced, I applied for a refund through Expedia for the one night and this was rejected by manager bit of an insult tbh
