Nice restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Wonderful staff..easy to walk to Botanic garden. Easy to get to other restaurants. Taxis were readily there for pickup.

Nice hotel in the heart of Belfast. Not an issue with the hotel, but if driving in Belfast, know it is one of the more difficult cities to navigate due to many one-way streets - e.g. to get to hotel parking which is less than a 5 minute walk is a driving adventure :-) However, there is good public transportation

Lovely hotel in an ideal spot. Staff were lovely. Only issue was temperature, as he weather was warm, the landing lobby area was very warm! Other than that, excellent!

This hotel is central however is not clean and in poor disrepair. My toilet seat was broken for 3 days, the shower leaked all over the bathroom floor, walls, headboard and curtains were marked and stained and the air conditioning unit is not available overnight leaving the room Unbearable. Not an option to open windows due to noise from bars outside the window

We arrived early and pooped in for a street map and we're able to actually check in which was a bonus. The staff were very friendly, helpful and courteous. Very clean and quiet.

Great location central to alot of the charters and trips, close to excellent restaurants and pubs. Hotel does not give the service level expected at a 5 star hotel. We were given the wrong room to start then it was almost like an inconvenience to get the right room. Staff were very blunt and not overly happy. Most disappointing part of our trip so far was the experience at this hotel. I travel often and don't typically complain but this hotel should be no more then a 3star at most.

The hotel was located perfectly for seeing the city. There were lots of restaurants Every employee at the hotel that we spoke with was pleasant and helpful

Excellent location as it's central to most things. Unfortunately the area outside was a tad shabby, homeless shelter right next door and could become noisy. Could have a lot of potential if utilised properly.

The beds were very uncomfortable,we stayed in a twin room and one of the beds went down in the middle and up at the end.The breakfast was second to none though.We checked in online and out so didnt have much dealing with staff.Hotel was clean but the area wasnt the best.

Great location. Good breakfast offering. Dinner and bar areas are nice but very noisy. I feel that the rooms could be better equipped. Lighting is poor in bathroom, a magnifying mirror would be good Towels are really small. Inadequate space for unpacking your clothes.

The room was clean, the hotel was in a central location (although you need to do a fair bit of walking to see things) and it was soundproofed so no noise from the street whatsoever

Very good hotel. Just a few odd things. The heating was very awkward to work and there was no fan in the bathroom. Apparently I was due an upgrade but nothing was forthcoming. Other than that, very good.

The hotel was walking distance to the train station stop for arrival. It was in an area of many shops and restaurants. Walking distance to everything. The Titanic display you needed to take a cab, but still it wasn't a long ride. The hotel and room was very clean and the bed/pillows were very comfortable. Word of advice for Taxi's. In Belfast, you cannot flag down numerous cabs if you're on the street. They legally cannot stop to pick you up. You need to call and have one ordered for you. The only cabs that are allowed to stop and pick you up by flagging them on the street is the old style London looking black cabs which are far more expensive to hire.

The hotel was nothing special. We were a little disappointed and were expecting more for the price we paid. The shower had no power and leaked. The breakfast was ok but only ok. The bed was ok but no where near the quality of a premier inn! On the plus side it is in a great location which is why we booked in the first place.

Would stay somewhere else when given a choice
We were placed in a room for a handicapped person. The shower room/bathroom had clear areas of discoloration. A person who had to stand up couldn’t without touching the supports or shower curtain. The bathroom door required a hip check to open or close ( how could a person in a wheelchair do that?) When asked if there were other rooms, we were told everyone was checked in, then we saw 5 more guest check into new rooms after we asked. Breakfast was good and clean, but overall I wouldn’t stay here again if given a choice.
