Great hotel, though close to railway stationPosted 13-Dec-2013
Our stay was extremely pleasent and exceptionally comfortable. The staff were amazing and rooms were clean, almost to a military standard. If there is one downside I HAD to choose was that it was beside a train station and random trains at night can be heard. But I'm a heavy sleeper so it didn't bother me. 5 stars!!

Good for the price.... But not greatPosted 1-Dec-2013
Pros: We got a great price through expedia secret savers so I liked that I also liked the location-we were down for Christmas shopping so it was a perfect
Cons: Housekeeping could be improved
Location: Very central to Victoria square and city centre, also convenient to the waterfront and central train station
Checked in and when we got to the room the key wouldn't work, after walking down to reception he told me there was a phone at the end of the hall if it still didn't work and he would come up, still didn't work so then called him and he came up and got it sorted (door hadn't been latched properly) The carpet in the hall wasn't cleaned right to the edges of the skirting board (thick with dust) and the doors were all marked, the bathroom floor wasn't very clean and there were makeup marks on the phone in the bathroom. The bed linen was clean and that was all I was worried about (albeit the quilt wasn't properly in the cover) I'm not sure if this is poor housekeeping or the hotel just showing its age but with a bit of tlc it could be resolved. Ps... No biccies with the tea and coffee!!!

Excellent hotel, close to the Titanic QuarterPosted 30-Nov-2013
We wanted a hotel that was close to the Titanic museum. This hotel did not disappoint. As well as being close to the Titanic museum, it was close to the centre of the city. We spent a wonderful 2 nights at the hotel and would definately stay here again.

Nice hotel but the beds extremely uncomfortablePosted 11-Nov-2013
Cons: The beds!!
Location: Walking distance to city centre, close to city airport and The Titanic Belfast
I booked the hotel as it was close in proximity to The Titanic Belfast. Booked into a standard room, which was aesthetically pleasing, was in fact extremely uncomfortable. The beds were akin to having a couple of duvets placed upon an MDF frame. Not only uncomfortable but squeaked or rather squarked every time you moved. Think I would have in fact been better off staying in the Premier Inn (which is in fact nearer!)

Right Next to the Waterfront and ShoppingPosted 4-Nov-2013
Pros: Location, food, staff
Cons: Slightly old bathtub (bottom was not white) and underbeds was not vacuumed.
Location: Near everything in Belfast! City Airport, Waterfront Hall, shopping, Titanic museum and most other things to see in Belfast.
We went to the All Irelands Irish Dance championships, and were so pleased with the situation of the hotel. About 10 minutes by cab from City airport, just a few steps from the Waterfront Hall, and also five minutes' walk to the shopping area. We also walked to the Titanic museum, about 15 minutes away. The Hilton was superb - nice staff, lovely room. The only reason I gave cleanliness a 4 was because under the beds was not clean, and the bathtub bottom was not white (but it was clean). Otherwise, I'd stay here again.

Hilton BelfastPosted 24-Oct-2013
Cons: nothing comes to mind
Location: City tour, Titanic quarter, St Georges Market was great if you enjoy food.
Excellent location and staff were great. Upgraded on checkin always helps. Breakfast and evening drinks and canapes in Executive Loung were of a high standard. Food and drink in the bar was fresh and good value.

Excellent hotel and location.Posted 17-Oct-2013
Pros: Excellent comfortable hotel, great breakfast and very good location.
Location: Titanic museum, walking city center, Black Taxi tour.
Loved our stay in Belfast. John, the concierge when we checked in was fantastic. Made some great recommendations and was very friendly and informative. Coming back from an outing he greated us asking how our excrusion was and was great. The hotel is very comfortable, the nicest during our entire 9 days in Ireland. The new Titanic meseum experience was very interesting. The building itself is amazing and only about a 20 minute walk from the hotel. I found the Black Taxi cab tour (John recommended) was one of the most interesting things we did on our entire trip. They take you thru west Belfast and explain many things about the years of conflict that has gone on there. Definitely worth doing. From Belfast, we drove up to the north coast one day to the Giants Causway and Carrick a Rede bridge. Both definetly worth seeing. Giants Causway is really cool. All of our tour guides in Ireland were excellent.

An OK HotelPosted 11-Oct-2013
Pros: The provided a magazine to read in the room
Cons: attention to detail
Location: Nice a close to the station and shops
Check in was fast, they took a swipe of my credit cards for any extras like room service or minibar. when i go to the room the minibar was locked and remained lock for my stay. there were no biscuits in the room and the small hand cream in the bathroom had a hair stuck to the inside of the lid so it could not have been a fresh bottle. all those thing i would have expected to be correct at a 4 star hotel.
