“Nice place to stay.”

Nice modern hotel but the route to get to it is kinda roundabout. Freindly and helpful staff. Very quiet neighborhood at night. You can walk along the water and easily find restaurants.

“Great”

What you would expect from a Hilton. Clean, modern, comfortable. I appreciated the built in outlet adapters.

“great location”

The hotel has a great location. They staff are slow, but friendly. The breakfast was as expected for a British breakfast. There are a lot of things to do near by and it is easy to walk. Good value for the money.

“Nice hotel great location”

The hotel was quite nice and very convieniently located in close walking distance to the shopping area, the Albert Docks (and sites contained there like museums) and not too far from the Lime Street Train Station (we walked in less than 15 minutes).

“Good hotel choice.”

We both felt it was a nice clean hotel close to downtown. It was a great stay overall, and they helped book a day trip out to Giant's Causeway which was well worth it.

“This property needs work.”

- No parking facilities within the hotel - no attention to detail; they asked about getting a paper in the mornings and then didn't bother to send the paper - reading lamp in headboard was missing; after telling them to replace it, they still didn't after 2 days - the concierge Tony was the only exception; he was outstanding

“Never again....”

Quite simply horrible in every almost every respect. This place would be lucky to get one star, never mind 5 what a joke. Where do we start, staff that were just put of thier depth and didn't really give a damn, smelly room (although a reasonable size), drunken parents in the bar letting small children run riot unchallenged until past 10pm. Dining, well breakfast is OK but dinner, be prepared for quite an experience, amateurish to say the least. The Belast people are very friendly and accomodating, this hotel is not a good representation of the City.
