Lovely hotel, central locationPosted 6-Aug-2014
We stayed here as part of a trip to belfast to see the titanic experience. Overall was a lovely hotel but staff at reception were very rude, took there time in comming to help guests and when our hairdryer broke we could get no answer off reception for over half an hour. Never seemed to want to help (eg, with booking taxis or the car park). Was a shame as hotel was quite expensive and overall very nice but reception staff would turn me off returning. No one wants to pay that money to be treated like an inconvenience

Charges for Wi-Fi and car parkPosted 30-Jul-2014
Hotel nice would not give it 5star car park 18 euro per nite and wifi charges. Food costly in bar. V clean. X comfy If you can get a resonable rate Its Great but have got nicer 3star hotels. But enjoyed the stay

Room was very nice and breakfast was excellent. Hotel felt more suited to business clientele though.

Great food, but no free wifiPosted 20-Jul-2014
Awesome restaurant for dinner meals. Pleasant staff with a relatively decent location...if you don't mind walking for 5 to 15 minutes depending upon your destination. However, no free wifi is a little ridiculous nowadays. They were charging 15 pounds for 24 hours.

Car parkPosted 11-Jul-2014
Cons: While there was free Wi-Fi in the lobby and bar it was very poor quality. Wi-Fi in your bedroom cost a ridiculous £15.00. Wi-Fi should be free.
Location: Very convenient for city centre etc
Just a word of caution. The multi-story car park next to the hotel is fairly expensive (even with a small discount from the hotel and rather tight when it comes to manoeuvring your vehicle. I had a C class Merc (hire car) and I would not have liked to try to get anything larger into the car park without bouncing off the walls. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Food was reasonable and a fair price.

Pleasant stayPosted 20-May-2014 on Hotels.com
Cannot praise the staff enough, very warm, friendly and helpful. lovely clean room and delicious food both at breakfast and dinner. I was a little disappointed that breakfast cost so much extra even after paying quite a high price already, so there wasn't much included in the price other than the room (or if there was we didnt know about it). Over all it was a pleasant hotel however, great location and a wonderful weekend in Belfast.
