It was very nice accommodation in lancaster hotel raouche. The staff were friendly, helpful and polite. The hotel was so clean and comfortable. I recommend it for everyone.

Terrible, very old and not maintained. Staff tried their best but the hotel overall is old and not in good condition. Cleanliness is not good either, staff who clean do not do their job well.

I forgot money at the safe worth 85 dollars and they called me for it but they refused to give it to me when so went to the hotel a month later to get it and the excuse was that it’s was late and o should call earlier..so I asked them to send it with western union they said they can’t do that so they asked me to send someone to get it and after lots of phone calls and messages they keep ignored they said oh we are so busy and then asking me to send an email about that then the person’s name then they ask me to tell the person to get the money for the security manager at different Lancaster hotel.. I really regret staying at their property.

A beautiful and elegant hotel. They provide free airport shuttle. We will definitely stay there again. Staff is courteous and professional. Rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated.

As usual comfort and clean and staff are very friendly. Only a strange team member at reception who is insisting I have to validate my access card every time I leave the room instead of admitting that there is an issue with door system or card! This was really funny after staying in tens of hotels over the past years !

Friendly staff and service, close to Rouche boardwalk, many options for dinning . Shuttle service the airport even at 2 AM.reasonably priced. Will definitely do it again.
