The property is run down. We were checked in to a room that was filthy and was supposed to be off the market. Then checked into another room; the carpet was still dirty and the room had an order. We propped open the door with a chair for at least 30 minutes to air it out. The place needs to be remodeled. I will not be staying here again.

Upon arrival at 4:30pm we were immediately hit with extreme humidity. Elevator was creaky and jerking. Once we reached room 515 again immediate humidity. We dropped temperature to 60 degrees and left for dinner reservations. Arrived back to room around 7:30 and literally my makeup in bags was melting. We had a family function to attend around 9:30 but did request a transfer to another room by this time the poor employees had box fans at front desk. Was informed of maintenance issues but would move us once we returned from family event. Arrived back around 12:30 am and we were moved to room 627 which had functioning air. The employees were very respectful and accommodating considering what I’m sure were numerous complaints. I would suggest in future you will start working on remodeling. Location is excellent but in future might choose another hotel. The Doubletree looked a little more updated. Bonita Hodges

Our room smelled mildew. The desk clerk who checked us in never even greeted me, looked up from her computer, nor showed any sign of friendliness. There were no cups for coffee in our room, and only two towels in the bathroom. Overall, a sad state of affairs for this hotel.

The staff was friendly and helpful. I did not like the lobby seating area because it was dirty with hair on the floor. Also, the room had a slight "old" smell. It was noisy due to alot of kids running around at night. They even knocked hard on our door and ran off. Need better supervision

Due to horrific weather and flooding, we weren’t able to travel and had to turn around. I called and canceled our reservation, got charged anyway, and cannot get the hotel manager or general manager to return my calls. I have left 3 messages over 6 days and still no contact. I am a long-time Honors member and I think it may be time to become a Marriott guy. This is unacceptable

Room restroom is old and dirty, housecleaning removed our towels and did not replace, we asked for replacement and none were available and offered us floor mats, I have left a message for the gm and it’s been 48 hours and no response.. will never stay here again. They need major improvements

Worst stay at an Embassy ever. The staff was nice but No clean large towels. No available towels in the pool area. No shower gel, could not adjust the air conditioning unit and no Blankets for the pull out sofa. The suite door to the bedroom would not close or lock. Elevator hand rails loose and about to fall off.

Our stay was for St Paddy’s Day parade weekend. The hotel location was conveniently located. The omelet station was wonderful! Even better than the omelet station was the FREE drinks in the hotel bar each evening! We will definitely stay here again.

The staff was wonderful to work with and helped with any issues or questions. Hotel itself is dated and in dire need of updating. New carpet and paint would be a god send. Fixing the elevator so they both work would be nice.

The hotel need to be refurbished. The carpet is dengue and dirty. The bed was horrible. The fridge didn’t work. I will never stay at another embassy suite again.

I overall enjoyed my stay the staff was nice and welcoming definitely got my money's worth. The heater did not work our entire stay they said they would fix it and by the last day we were told the boiler went out. It was a freezing stay lol but outside of that everything was good.

Weekend getaway
Great place with a little one, with having the indoor pool. The bed was little beat up let's just say used lol, but great breakfast and great location and staff was wonderful. We'll be back for sure.

Fantastic/huge selection continental breakfast, rooms good size. Cleaning staff however knocked twice on our door at 8 then again at 8:30 though checkout not until llam which was disturbing when I was trying to sleep in. Furniture a little worn also.
