Unclear that the pool is actually just access to a leisure centre which you have to get a pass to visit (this has to be done daily) the leisure centre was in fact not fully open during our stay. The bar served limited drinks. They didn’t give new toiletries or water every time they serviced the room. The staff stood in the corridors outside our room talking in the morning which was really irritating. Overpriced for what you get.

It was all excellent but what stood out for me was, a. The bathroom. Spotlessly clean, powerful shiwer, really hot water, plugs don't leak. B. The staff. Unfailingly friendly, helpful and patient. Nithing too much trouble.

Comfortable hotel by the park.

I booked as it was a VIP property and was not briefed on the benefits or given free drink vouchers upon arrival. Kind staff. Noisy road next to the hotel but the room was good. The best part was the shower!
