I was not offered the care package ( tooth brush, slippers, robe and etc) My family came in the day after me, and was given a care, package, and other items that I did not receive. Once we arrived on the cruise my family was talking about how nice custom service was and the items they received, I would like the hotel to treat all people the same.

We were able to drop off luggage before checkin, which was extremely helpful so we could start touring. Staff were helpful, accommodating, knowledgeable and fun to converse with! Convenient access to taxis.,

All of the front desk attendants we interacted with were awesome. They made us feel very welcome and provided helpful information about where to dine and go for fun activities. The bar service was one the best we have experienced. The drinks were very well prepared and the bar tenders delivered five star service consistently. The property is impeccably clean and smells wonderful. This hotel has a sophisticated yet pleasantly relaxing vibe. A unique thing we enjoyed very much was the music playing in the lobby, restaurant and common areas. The playlists contained various genres from around the world which provided a true international feel.

Polite staff
It was a nice and clean hotel. Very friendly and polite staff, specially the reception and the ladies at the breakfast. Yhe breakfast was also very good and we didnt miss anything. The barmen was a bit stressed and gave us both wrong drink and wrong bill. Maybe add one person extra there, as he was probably overworked😄 We had a familysuite which was 2 rooms with an hallway between - that was perfect for us that was travelling with kids. We could have the doors open so it was kinda one big room with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It was 3 or more foodstores only 100-200m away, aswell as other stores. Only minus for npt having a toilet-brush, to clean the toilet with (maybe not common in Spain, idk) and that the Sangria in the hotelbar was really expensive (8€ for 1 small glass), and it wasnt like any special.

Our rooms were very clean and spacious. The hotel amenities were great, we love the bar and restaurant downstairs, makes dining very convenient, The staff were really friendly and accommodating and the breakfast buffet was just fabulous. Outside the hotel is a taxi stand which made our trip to the airport very hassle free.

Good deal for the price point
The hotel is lovely for its price point. Exceedingly clean and really warm staff all around. The food at their restaurant is just not good. In a pinch, it would do if you choose wisely. I gave it five stars because of the comfort, cleanliness and great staff.
