The property is nice but is allocated in a busy intersection and they don’t allow to use air condition so you have to open the window to get fresh air and it’s loud outside. Staff was wonderful.

The hotel itself was quite nice, clean and near all the attractions we wanted to see. We had no complaint. During our stay, there were two front desk staff members, one in the day, one in the evening. The gentleman who worked during the evening was a pure pleasure to work with, very friendly, and quite helpful during our stay. The female front desk staff person who worked both days during our stay was the complete opposite. If asked specifically about her, it my opinion she would benefit from additional customer service training. Overall, our entire family still enjoyed the hotel and your beautiful city.

Great customer service at front desk (Omar, Raul) and in the buffet (Vanessa and Carmen). All smiley, welcoming and helpful. Excellent buffet in our opinion with various options. Great tortilla by the way. Excellent location either walking or with public transportation. Good hotel for the price and location. Surroundings were safe as well. We recommend.

Hotel is a no frills in a not so bad location, you have to be prepared to walk or get public transport to most things. Receptionist on the Night Shift was excellent and helped a lot when my partner had to go to hospital in an emergency. Rooms are adequate but on the smaller side for Europe we found. Bed was fine as was the bathroom.

I stayed in the hotel for one night. The overall experience is very satisfying, the staff were nice and very helpful, food is very good. I only had one issue, there is no carpet on the floor and it was super cold even with the AC was turned on hot. I think it would be better if they either provide wool slippers for guests or cover the floor with a mat or carpet or something.

Safe & quite location. Friendly and accommodating staff, Arianda, Albert, Raul, David & Maria. I had a possibility request for a following day accommodation change, Arianda understood, checked and made the adjustment in minutes! The facility is clean and nice have a breakfast. Anything I might not like is the quite small room table to work a bit; but it's nothing. Overall, more than happy. Thank you very much.

Great location, 5min from metro and most importantly 5 min from Sagrada Familia!!! Friendly staff and quiet room. One problem is only one elevator with will be clouded time to time. But had a great time!

The property is very well situated. Its not around too many tourist and its safe. The hotel room is very clean, its small but it is what we needed for just sleeping and relaxing after walking the city. I really appreciate the cleanliness of the room and that they come to clean everyday. My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights. We enjoyed our time here. Even though it was small, the A/C worked well, the water preassure worked well, the bathroom was equipped with towels, shower gel and shampoo and conditioner, glasses. The safety deposit worked well. The sheets were cleaned and the bed was nice and firm to sleep on. The staff was friendly. We would choose to stay here again.

Happy with stay at SM Hotel Teatre Auditori,
Our stay at SM Hotel Teatre Auditori, Barcelona was awesome. Their location is convenient from couple of attractions, beach and metro stations. Their front staff is very friendly. We were particularly impressed by their room service. The hotel is quite clean. Would definitely return to it if we visit the city again in future. The best part was the weighing scale they have kept at reception. Very useful if you are travelling and worried about luggage weight for some of the airlines like Ryanair with very restricted weight limits.

Beautiful, modern, clean room
My room was beautiful, modern, spotless clean, nice shower. The mini fridge was a nice surprise. The reception staff were very helpful. I was a solo traveller and the two single beds together were huge and very comfy. Thank you!

Very nice stay and staff
Was a very nice stay the staff were amazingly friendly Ariadna and also Victor! We highly recommend this hotel! Also in front it’s a Bar “THE BAR” and the food pizza and the burger was really good! Very easy after a full day walking around Barcelona right in front/diagonal you can have your late dinner!

Freindly and clean Hotel
On arrival we were greeted by a freindly staff member Adriana. A long with the rest of the Front of House staff, nothing was too much trouble. The room was spacious and comfortable. It was obvious standards of cleaning are very high and each day we returned to our room which was spotless. Breakfast is buffet style. Close to most visitor attractions, around 15 walk to Sagrada Familia. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Barcelona.

Pretty basic
I only arrived very late at night and left early in the morning. The guy on reception was helpful when I arrived. The air conditioning unit was spraying water all over the floor and wall. When I went down for breakfast at 10.50 I was told I couldn't get anything as it closed at 11.00. To be fair I ignored the lady and had some coffee and a croissant anyway.

Excellent Hotel
Hotel was really clean, service was great and breakfast was really good value, there was everything you could think of. The area was a little run down and you should avoid the little “supermarket” at the end of the road. The walk to metro and tram was OK but was a little tiring for us oldies.

The staff was so helpful and friendly. We arrived from JFK at 10am and our room was already ready and they let us in so early. The staff was so helpful with any questions that we had. Room was clean. Bathroom was big. We stayed here for the location as we wanted to visit the Sagrada Familia. 15 minute walk. It was a great location!
