We found overall the experience was good, similar to what we’ve had before with other hotels of this kind. We didn’t receive a room upgrade, despite being ViP’s and the sparkling wine in our room was switched out for a couple of drinks tokens to use in a sister hotel. We were welcomed by a friendly person and he kindly explained our location and used a map to highlight the key points of interest nearby. This was a great start! He added that the hotel pool was out of order and that was a disappointment, it was one of the reasons we selected this hotel. Our room was on the front, overlooking the road. During the day this was fine but in the evening the street noise was nonstop and did make for poorer sleep. On our third night, the only soft chair in the room was removed, no note or explanation when we asked. The next day a new chair appeared! It would have been better if the hotel manager let us know in advance about the switch. Aspects of the cleanliness of the room were good, clean sheets and towels but there was dust on the floor and the bathtub was dirty the entire 5 days of our stay. The option to leave our luggage on our last day was helpful, an expectation of a hotel of this kind but nonetheless worth a mention. Can’t give 5 stars, but enjoyable especially due to location and some of the staff who assisted us.

Hotel Europark is located centrally and is a walking distance to a lot of dining areas and attractions such as the Sagrada Família. The staff are friendly and were very attentive to our needs, special thanks to Jamal, Carlos and Andrea, and the night crew who assisted promptly.

Had a wonderful stay at the property. Located in the perfect spot; great vegan food options nearby, self laundry location nearby, and especially the convenient L4 subway stop that is a block away. Wifi was fast. Would recommend.

The rooms are nice and nice size for Europe. The staff is very helpful and can answer questions about the city. The breakfast is quite good. The hotel is close to the metro and thr surroundings area has plenty of restaurants.

We stayed at the EuroPark last summer and the service was over the top, so we chose to stay here again on this trip. Unfortunately, this time the service was average and not particularly memorable. They are dealing with staffing issues like many businesses after Covid but unfortunately the service level made our experience feel very different. The location is still amazing and the rooms are nice....but the service was nothing special...might not have noticed if last summer hadn't been amazing!

Everyday after a long day of touring we would get to the hotel and have a complimentary glass of Cava. The night before leaving we let them know we would not be getting breakfast we paid for as we now had a 3:30 AM pickup for the airport. We asked if coffee would be available and they offered to have a to go breakfast for us. Is was a substantial bag with fruit, yogurt, juice and sandwiches. Way more than we expected. It was a pleasant surprise.

Attractive hotel, staff less so.
Quite a nice hotel. Our room was relatively spacious, decently appointed and very clean. Our only complaint was the front desk staff who were uniformly cold and somewhat unhelpful.
