Really liked our stay here. I read the reviews before booking and read about the noise and the cold showers etc, and yes it was a little noisy at times but nothing worth complaining about in my opinion. Decent location close to the metro station too. Barcelona is a great city. Apartment was clean and fresh and there are many supermarkets close by to pick up essentials on the way home if needed

Great property, the rooms were very clean and comfortable. The view from the windows and balconies were great. The check in process was fast and the lady was amicable and helpful. The apartment location is very close to the metro stops which is great, but it is a bit far if you are looking to save money and walk to the tourist locations. The pizza place around the corner was amazing! We ate their almost every night due to the convenience.

A comfortable and convenient apartment.
Good 2 bed apartment with separate kitchen in a block of similar apartments. Check in was very friendly and efficient and a bonus was that I was able to check in earlier than the stated time as apartment was ready. Another great bonus here is luggage storage on checkout day so I could enjoy my final day on Barcelona without my case. Apartment was clean, convenient for the metro and comfortable. I would be happy to return.

Reception and power trip - need improvement
We had to wait for the reception to enter the property. It should be the other way around since it was stated in the ads that the reception was open during our arrival time. There were power trips every morning and I had to switch on the power several times.

Gem of a find Apartment
Apartment Sata Sagrada was such a gem of a find. Lovely service from Erika on how to checkin and updates of the taxi strike. The apartment was centrally located to Sagrada de la Familia, clean, fully equipped with good beds, kitchen items, linen, etc. Only comment was that the front bedroom should have thicker drapes.

중심가에서 다소 멀어요 지하철 역이나 버스 정류장에선 멀지 않은데 교통비 감안하셔야할듯합니다 체크인은 빨리 해주셨고 체크아웃도 열쇠만 올려놓으면 되서 편했어요 집 커디션은 괜찮았는데 사진빨이 있어요 테라스는 구경도 못했습니다 비누나 샴푸있고 수건 넉넉하고 세탁기 건조까지 되서 편하게 썻습니다

Great location for a city and spacious
We stayed in a 2-bed with terrace - 2 x adults + 18 year old son. 5 minute walk to metro which takes you to the centre in 3 stops or carry on along the line to Barceloneta. 1km walk to Sagrada Familia and 15 minutes to Park Guell. Apartment really spacious for city centre and everything is provided. Staff couldn't do enough for us - printed off tickets, gave 'best bets' for travel/safety. If you have children WiFi is really good. You can walk anywhere from here - loads of good restaurants locally - check out the Indian just off Saint Joan and in the area up the hill from Sagrada Familia. Gracia area is worth a walk around if you've had enough of the hustle and bustle of central Barcelona. Thank you - we had a great stay - a special mention to Karina who was so helpful. Take up the offer of taxi transfer - were waiting at arrivals and picked us up promptly for return flight

Great little neighbourhood, cosy flat and good communication with management . A terrific bargain and close enough to get around on the Metro in Barcelona. You can't go wrong!

Good apartment overall, really pleased with the stay. The communication from the hosts were fantastic before and during the stay. We did not have any issues at all and they let us expend our check out time right at the last minute. The apartment definitely has space for four, and is very clean. The location was good, it depends what you want to do. It is quite far from the beach and the areas around there but really good if you want to see Tibidabo!

Excellent 2 bed apartment in great location
Really good location, just a 10 minute stroll from the Sagrada. The local shops were handy to get some late night arrival supplies for the morning. The communications we received we above and beyond what I'd expected and transport to the apartment was arranged by the apartments. This was also on time and reasonably priced. Once inside the apartments I was impressed at the cleanliness and comfort of the sofa and beds. I slept really well as did my 2 friends. It is the kind of place you can go with friends for a chilled out weekend or with a SO or even family due to the noise restrictions they ask guests to adhere to between 10pm and 7am. Highly recommended and I would return.

Basic apartment, meets your needs.
Family holiday, 2 adults and 2 big teenage sons. Checked in after office closed. Very straight forward getting keys using keys safe and code that was emailed the previous day. Apartment basic, but had what you needed, you need to pay more for luxury. We spent very little time in apartment. Very good location, near metro, lots of little supermarkets and a few restaurants. Excellent communication with owners, thorough email regaring check-in and out. Safe neighborhood, slept fine no noise problems.

Excelent location and comfort
Great place to stay in Barcelona! You can go walk wherever you want! Its clean, comfortable, the internet its awesome😍, the only thing its they dont give us instructions for the check out, and nobody is in the office at any time so we dont know where we can put the keys! But this is the only issue! We highly recommend the apartments! We love our stay in Barça❤️ With my mom!

The apartment was okay, it had a well-equipped kitchen, living room had AC, it had decent wifi. Some cons: AC was limited to the living room and there were no fans. So if you wanted air in the room, you either had to open the windows (where you would hear all of the street noise) or open your doors and wish AC from the living room would come in. There was an incident during our trip that we wished management would have done something. Our friends used the washer and hung their clothes out in the clothesline to do their laundry. However, somebody from the higher floors spilled bleach and it spilled onto their clothes. Of course, their clothes got damaged. Our friend sent a long email to management about the incident and I also talked to them about it upon check-out. They said that they would do something about it but now (almost 1 week after check-out), we have not heard anything back from them. Very disappointing.

We enjoyed being close to the metro station called Joanic and reasonably close to the city and city tour bus pickup was very handy. Apartment was in a quite street and quite spacious and really well located near the Metro. However there were no double/queen beds only singles- disappointing. Only Spainish TV channels (no Sky or Fox etc). The TV was microscopically small. However the rooms were clean and the bathroom was great with plenty of hot water in the one we stayed in. The kitchen was very modern but no real oven (just a microwave with a grill type facility. Reasonable price though.

Hotel close to a metro station. Too Expensive!
The photos in the presentation are really different from the reality. Maybe these are photos of all of the apartments, but I was sure that each apartment has a balcony. I was wrong! When we arrived we were given an apartment without a balcony and we were assured that all was written in the offer. We should pay 30 euro for late check-in. We arrived at 11 p.m. and the lady told us that one hour later we would have to pay 50 euro!!! The arrival time is not my fault - it's just the airplane schedule.

Barcelona apartment
Checking in on weekends or holidays is problematic, due to a security door, no one at the front desk, and making phone calls in Spain. The 2 bedroom apt was fine, but there was no oven and only one TV (none in bedrooms). Neighborhood was safe, with lots of transportation options (Taxi, bus, metro) and many great tourist venues nearby.

Lovely apartment - However was quite noisy
The apartment we got was very nice. It was spacious, clean and comfortable. One room had two singles pushed together (With 2 single blankets - So not ideal for a couple) and the other had a single bed with another mattress under it. My only complaint would be the noise. The walls are very thin and apparently other who live in the apartment block love to shout and move tables around at obscure times in the morning/night. I would recommend ear plugs if you stay here! The apartments are within a 5 minute walk of Joanic metro stop and there are plenty shops/cafes/bars near by.

Excellent location
The hotel (apartment) is well located, close to the Sagrada Familia Church and the Park Guell. There is a metro station 5 minutes walk. The area is residential and very quiet. The hotel (apartment) is comfortable and has sufficient household items for you prepare a breakfast or other meals. The staff is pleasant and attentive. I recommend.

great place to stay. it had 2 bedrooms kitchen with all the basics a TV and a table for 4 people. It was a bit confusing to get to as the map does not really match where it is. you can get off at Sagrada Familia or Joanic (closer)... both are kinda uphill to the apartment. You have metros relatively close and supermarket and pharmacy close by nice restaurants/ bars in the area. and a great AC for hot summer days! clean rooms great stay will definitely use again

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Plenty of space. Only 15 mins walk to Sagrada Familia in a quiet area. Air-conditioning was very useful. The only problem that we had was that the kitchen had no basics in it so had to buy oil, salt, pepper, aluminium foil etc.

It got a bit loud in the night with motorcycles driving by, but that is the norm in the area. As stated, no clean up/room service, but the rooms were fine when we arrived & clean. It is spacious and was easy to spread out. TV is only in living area, and not in the two bedrooms, if that bothers anyone.

Roomy, clean hotel but need to take metro.
Located 6 blocks from Sagrada Familia but the main attractions of Barcelona are located by Plaza Catalunya and Las Ramblas where you have to take the metro to get there. The hotel though is very roomy (2 bedrooms and living room) and clean and has a kitchen stocked with plates, utensils, fridge, microwave, toaster and oven. Supermarket, restaurants and food stores are located a couple of blocks away. So its a balance of location or hotel amenities. We were in Barcelona only for 3 days and if I were to do it again, I would pick a hotel near the Plaza Catalunya so as not to waste time commuting. But if you have a lot of time and want a place to decompress after a day of touring and don't mind the metro rides, then this is a great hotel.

It was out of town which we knew and were ok about. This apartment was really basic. Lacked any niceties. The toilet leaked at the base and started to smell really bad at the end of the stay. The walls in the kitchen looked grubby. It was good to have a washer and drier and also a little courtyard out the back.
