Room was very dated and in need of updating. Had to change rooms due to not getting a king bed that was booked. They were accommodating.

Value for money. Tuk tuk service from hotel to oh nut station. Staff was really hostile and housewarming. I felt safe and welcomed. Room was surprisingly good and cleaned. Wrll maintained. Just a few mosquitos.

clean and comfortable stay.
I had a room on the 5th floor in the block with the cafeteria. the room was spacious and comfortable. the location of hotel was near the On Nut BTS station which was convenient for getting around the city. my only 'complaint' was the distance of the hotel from the main road, and walking to the hotel from the main road can be quite a hazardous affair because of the heavy traffic and limited walkway.

The room is clean. The only issue is it is on a street with no sidewalk to the Main Street where to get on the On Nut BTS station. It is a 10 minutes walk and you need to be careful with all the traffic; which is very heavy most of the time.

I was totally satisfied Nothing fancy, but I booked the superior room with big windows = nice. It is a bit of a walk down the street from the BTS station and street is somewhat narrow BUT I found it acceptable. They have Tuk Tuk shuttle to take you to head of street. Staff was very helpful. For the money it is a great place. 7-11 close & small local neighborhood food court across the street I will definitely be staying again

This is a very nice hotel. The staff are very helpful, a little tip will go a long way. I gave the front desk lady staff 200 bah (USD 6.50) when I did my check-in. This really brighten her day. Please remember they do not earn a lot of money in Thailand, I have been poor before. Any way this is a small hotel hotel, about 5 floors, the room is the same as that shown in the photos. This is a 7-eleven (between the main road and the hotel) 200metres from the hotel.

walk from BTS station is far
The room is big, clean and bright. Give a comfortable feeling. However the bath towel are rather old and it is not clean. Staff is friendly. The complimentary Tutu service will stop service at certain hour so walking 10 mins out on the narrow walk way can be dangerous.

the location of the property is very strategic. only issue is the tuk tuk service starts late at 10AM. and the doors of the hotel is very thin, next door closing doors at 6AM would wake you up easily.

Decent hotel
The walk to the hotel was down a narrow alley with no side walks. There was often cars and motorbikes zooming passed you. The risk of being hit is pretty good, luckly I had my bike lights on my backpack. The staff there was nice. Hotel was closed to BTS. There was a small mall with good Japanese food restaurants there. There was also 2 food markets (one day time & one night time) with in walk able distance. Tesco was right beside the BTS station. Managed to get cell phone SIM card at one of telecom companies at Tesco which was convenient. The tuk tuk offered by the hotel is not reliable for the return trip back to the hotel.

Second time staying in this hotel. Friendly English speaking front desk staff, checking in is easy and fast. Located 5-7mins walk from On-Nut BTS Station. Tesco is located right beside the station, which make grocery shopping easy. Breakfast is simple (toast bread, local food, cereal, coffee, tea, choice of eggs, cut fruits), but enough to kick start for my day. Got a highest floor (room 2504), the aircon compressors are located right outside my room window, to make things worst, one of the toilet window is open covered with a mosquito net. The noise from the aircon compressor can be heard clearly in the room, aircon leaking contributes to the noise, please avoid this room for light sleepers, I'm a dead sleeper, so no problem. Will come back again for the location and pricing.

The staff could have better attitude..
The new name of the Hotel is Hotel NIDA. The wifi is good, but have trouble in the night for connection. Though Shuttle supposed to run every 30mins, it never happens, if you are just late by a min they will say the time is past. If you are early, by 2 mins they will make you wait for more than 20min.. by that time, you are fed up that you will take the Bike-taxi. The tuktuk driver to receptionist makes you feel they are doing a big favor to you. Incidentally, the people who clean had a good attitude (i guess they are not hotel staff). There was not a hot water kettle in the room. the towels could be bit more clean.. Overall it was ok..
