The property can be improved by switching to non-carpet flooring as the current carpet is old and stained. The tiling is cracked, which can become potential space for vermin to live. Aside from that, we stayed in the 2-bedroom family suite, which was spacious with a view. Housekeeping did a good job cleaning. Breakfast was buffet style and had great variety…good for families. The hotel was conveniently located next to one of the biggest malls in Thailand.

Property is a bit old and dated. Location is great for shopping at Pratunam clothing market, and convenient for street food. Rooms are large with kitchen area and small dining table.

Other than the good location , Grand Diamond is a very old hotel , everything in the room is old , tv wire everywhere, control not working , there is stain on the sofa. The breakfast is also disappointing, in the past they used to serve sumptuous breakfast but now only simple dishes n most of it is cold even the porridge

The room was spacious and had lots of storage but there was no English movie channel to watch. There is no safe in the rooms. The location of the hotel is great for shopping and it serves a good breakfast.

This hotel is closed to all shopping activities. Their service is great and offer breakfast buffet. It is older building which has larger room size. One issue I encounter was electic outlet in the bedside is connected with central contol. Since I have to use CPAP machine, I need to unscrewed the light bulb :-(

Old Hotel, good layout, really needs remoldeling
Old rooms. Near shopping. Good staff. Kitchen stove does not work. Buffet is fine. Overall do not expect a new place.

The only thing this property has going for it is its location. Furniture is old, carpet stained in rooms, overall condition is poor. Not recommended.

Hotel is nice but need to change the properties inside like microwave oven, kettle all are old and yellowish. A change of the properties inside will certaining make the hotel different.

It's a great location! Short walk to the bts and platinum mall and pratunam market is just nearby. Street food also available just outside the stallls alongside.Family suite is great but shows quite a few signs of wear and tear which is normal. Had faulty lighting but wasn't a big deal. My family enjoyed the stay overall.

The main benefit of having access to good amenities. Hotel room poorly upkeep, it has a musty smell along the entrance to the room. Towels and sofa cover looking worn out. No basic international TV programs, staff did not response after highlighted to her.
