Awesome harbor views especially from the higher floors. I was on 8th. Felt like water front dining grom our hotel room 😁
Staff can do much better with courtesies. Parking garage is a mess due to construction ( understandable!). But, no notification on website about chargers dusabled due to cobstruction. After paying for 2 nights, i had to walk back to cront desk when my parking ticket wont work. I had to walk back to get my ticket validated. Ridiculous service. No courtesy water or coffee on floors or lobby!

Check-in time was 4pm and it was almost 5:30pm and they “didn’t know” when my room was going to ready. They said I could either wait or for “$10 per night we can upgrade you to a harbor room” I thought sure what the heck, $10 to get a room and a shower and not wait around even longer. But in retrospect I’m thinking why couldn’t they just cover the $10 extra if my room wasn’t ready.. 90 mins past check in? Craziness. Only other complaint was that the room was very hot, and when you turned it down low, it barely pushed any air out of the ac. Annoying.

We had a reservation for several nights. Arrived after all day of traveling to find they had our reservation but did not have a room for us. We had to go to a motel. It was such an inconvenience. Hyatt did not go above and beyond to make it right. I will never stay at Hyatt Inner Harbor again. Do not recommend!

Perfect location and great views! The hotel was clean and most of the staff, very friendly. Our only complaint was the bartender. We went to the bar one night for something to eat and have a drink. The bartender had no personality and he let us order without telling us there were Happy Hour specials. The food was ok.

Large open area were nice. But parking is outrageously expensive for someone already paying to stay over. Then add on the fact that they wouldn’t even offer late checkout until the morning, which defeats the purpose. Bed was subpar and I woke up with a bad back. Wouldn’t stay again.

Have stayed here few times, lovely property, staff was great. Parking is but of a pain but overall a great place for when we’re visiting convention center

We received kind service at check in, and had a cozy room. Our city view window also gave us a nice glimpse of the harbor, which was pretty at night. We were able to easily walk to some shops, the aquarium, and Camden Yards.
