Overall the workers were polite, courteous and friendly. There were a lot of options for breakfast and everything was delicious. I would definitely return to this hotel.

The gentleman at the front desk was amazing and helpful, got me set up to return my car rental early and helped with airport transportation. was very grateful for him making something so easy that i was stressing about

Excellent amenities- was pleasantly surprised with the Dove bath products, very comfortable bed and bedding and quality breakfast. Staff was very friendly too.

Very lovely establishment. Very grateful it's quite close to the airport. Plus the 24 hour restaurant next to it comes in handy though that's about it. My only gripe was the shuttle services. I was under the impression since they ask you to pre-register that they will call you via the room phone an hour or 30 minutes before the shuttle arrives as a heads up. With that, my sister had to go down and tell the desk the day of to push our shuttle 30 minutes back because apparently the shuttle leaves every hour and 30 minutes. It doesn't arrive then.

Everything about this hotel was perfect. My only complaint would be the bed was too hard. It was like sleeping on a piece of plywood and the curtains did not close all the way which allowed the sun in in the morning and lack of privacy. We were on the 5th floor so I’m not sure if the lower levels are the same. Other than that I would recommend the stay.

This hotel was good for our anniversary getaway. The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good and the breakfast staff was always pleasant and helpful. We stayed for 3 nights and I would recommend tf his location!

The property is an older building but has been maintained properly. Franklin, at the front desk, is professional and very helpful. The airport shuttle was was prompt and very convenient.

I appreciated everything about this hotel. Friendly, welcoming staff. Comfortable beds. Large bathroom. Immaculately clean. Large breakfast room with 5:30 start time on weekdays. Delicious hot breakfast (included) with many options to choose from. Free shuttle to a big variety of nearby restaurants, shopping & airport. This will definitely be my go-to airport hotel in the future.
