Each and every one of the staff on site was very friendly and welcoming and always took the time to stop and chat a little bit with us which we really enjoyed. Everything that we saw on videos prior to coming here was exactly what it showed and we are not disappointed in our room or the property of amenities.

Best hotel to stay near the beach and quiet place. Smiley and Juni is the best hotel staff members who always try their best to look after you. We stayed in lagoon access and it was a perfect room and pretty big room.

We had a lagoon room. Room, gardens and pool were lovely. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel is however, somewhat lacking in Balinese atmosphere. Staff uniform of striped t-shirt more resembled being in France rather than in Bali. There was only one restaurant open and it was extremely hot all the time as the cooling system didn't seem to be working properly. Even though Bali has two wineries there weren't any local wines on the wine list even though they were available at other resorts for around AUD38. The wines that were on the list were too expensive around AUD90. Smiley from the pool area is a great asset to the resort and should be congratulated. Overall a nice hotel not much to do.

I particularly liked the setting of the place. It was very quiet which I liked . I enjoyed the balinese food that was offered at dinner time. Breakfast was mediocre for what you pay. The dining area was way too hot unfortunately, which I didn’t think helped the quality of the food appearance during breakfast. The staff were incredibly friendly and always greeted you with a smile . When there was an issue with my friend’s dinner , the chef was very quick to resolve it , without charge. If you enjoy seafood at the beach , Le Meridian was perfect for that. Fabulous setting and food at the beach. Finally, after we left the country , lost and found contacted me about a pair of earrings that was accidentally left behind , in the room. That was an added bonus , knowing that the staff can be trustworthy and honest .

Great facilities and atmosphere at the hotel. Close proximity to the beach, which has lots of restaurants and bars to frequent. Staff are so accommodating and more than happy to help. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Le Meridien Bali Jimbaran.

Nice but not wow
I’ve stayed in a few Le Meridiens around the world and this one was below their standard. Staff weren’t overly friendly, food was not good, but the room was nice, large and clean. Not many sunbeds by the pool and the music is very loud

This hotel is incredible, from the moment we arrived we felt right at home. We had the pool access room and absolutely loved starting our day with a swim. The the room was so big, and the bathroom was amazing I honestly could not have a bad word to say about the hotel at all. I the staff were so friendly , welcoming and so helpful, and we even had a beautiful cake and flowers to celebrate our wedding anniversary when we arrived to our room. The breakfast itself was a 10/10 the Bakso station was our go to every morning. We ate by the pool one day and the food was delicious, and Beef Rendang and Mi Goreng. Loved every moment of our stay and we can't wait t return. Thanks for having us, and see you again soon.

Need better choices of beer to include IPA
I expected more from this standard of hotel. Need better choices of beer to include IPA and craft beer not just cheap beer. Cocktails need work, again for the standard of this hotel you need to up your standards on cocktails. We didn't eat anything because we were not sure if the food was any good considering the lack of good craft beer and cocktails.

It’s always easy to to just hit the five out of five button on each of the questions of this review and forget about it. But, I would have to say, that this resort really does deserve its five star classification. You will be impressed from the moment you arrive at the concierge’s desk until you sadly have to leave for home. All the staff are so happy to greet you where ever you come across them in the resort. The food, from morning to night is of the highest quality anywhere on the island. Jimbaran bay restaurants on the beach are only a 20 second walk from the resort’s restaurant and you will still eat better if you eat in the resort. If you still feel you need to watch the sun going down then have a meal at Smokee’s roof top bar. We loved it. My tip for a room would be the lagoon access rooms. Step outside onto your patio area and straight into the lagoon. Bliss. Swim around for a while and take a seat at the bar. Happy hour is actually 3. Cocktails from 2pm - 5pm for half price. Whilst you are in the lagoon you will undoubtedly come across “SMILEY” what a character he is. Fun and games all the way with this cheeky chappie. Reviews for the benefit of others can sometimes be hard to give because it is only as you see it. I think the best way to rate something is to ask yourself would you do it again ? My answer is…yes ! See you in July

We were in Bali for a day for a short anniversary celebration holiday. The staff at Le Meridien were very friendly and accommodating, we needed to be picked up at the airport as well as checked-in early, both of which they sorted out with very short notice. We were moved into a smaller room at first, which was not very nice and it took a bit of time for us to be moved to the lagoon access room we paid for. But the enthusiastic service of the bar staff on the day, the gorgeous pool and the delicious breakfast made up for it! I'm definitely going back here for a longer stay.

We like the location as it’s very near the beach and the staff are very friendly. Smiley, Alit and Krishna are very helpful and lovely. My 8 year old love them! LeMeridien needs to sort out their pool though, as the tiles is uneven, so my daughter had a few scratches on her toes.

The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. Breakfast was pretty ordinary for a hotel of this rating. The pool is impressive but at the time of our stay it was dirty and there was a very bad smell around. The exterior of hotel is in bad repair. The staff are pleasant but we had difficulty getting simple requests such as towels. We booked and paid for 3 people, room was only set up for 2.
