They informed me in advance of the noise level due to surrounding clubs, which I was fine with because that is why I wanted to stay there and because it doesnt affect my sleep, in the least. The food at the El Patio.. where breakfast is provided by hotel was delicious, even for the pickiest eaters! I will absolutely recommend and stay here anytime I come to Rosarito"
