You can enjoy some culture when you stop by Pointe-Noire Interpretation and Observation Centre in Baie Sainte-Catherine. While you're in the area, stroll along the riverfront.
For a tourist area we did expect that there would be more dining options. It was also quite difficult to find vegetarian dishes that were not just salads - we can’t be the first vegetarians to visit the area. Aside from that, it’s a very lovely place

A beautiful small town. Nice view. Good restaurant. Friendly people. But you'd better know French to have better communication.
