We’ve stayed here before. Unfortunately this time we found the room to be unkept. Our children found pills and old food in the bedroom that was not properly cleaned and disposed of. We alerted the front desk of the discretion. Hoping our next stay is up to par as previous stays.

Property was clean and there was plenty of space. The location and parking was excellent and the staff was very helpful and friendly. However, the shower and the bed need to be upgraded especially for the price of the room, not enough water pressure and the bed was uncomfortable for my wife and I. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

The sleep surfaces were awful-the bathroom faucet leaked so bad we packed towels around it.The refrigerator was so bad it constantly ran( really loud)

Watson's Regency Stay
We had a very pleasant stay. The suite was great, very spacious, and clean. Small detail to mention is our sofa bed guests thought a mattress foam or gel pad topper would help to lessen the feel of the springs. Would also be great to have king bed option in bedroom. Our unit was terrific. We loved having the balcony watching the people passing by while having our morning coffee. Staff was wonderful and location spot on.

Excellent stay. Was able to park in their lot prior to check in. Room was ready two hours before Checkin. Suite was somewhat outdated but very clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only negative was that it was very expensive.

Only stay here if you want to be overcharged!
The hotel overcharged us - and when we called to dispute the charges (per our bank's directive), we were told that the manager was conveniently not in the office. I will NEVER return. Their staff is not properly trained on how to run credit cards and bill customers.
