The listing says there are 3 bedrooms when in reality there is two bedrooms and a living room pull out couch. There is nothing in the apartment…I had to buy a plunger. The owner told me we had to bring our own linen and pillows which we did and when we got there they had only comforters and pillows. We did not use the pillows or comforters there and the property owner tried to accuse us of leaving a stain on a pillow no one used. He also was upset the shower rug was wet. I will never book here again.

Our property was entirely renovated for the 2024 summer season, and you were our very first guest. Unfortunately, your stay resulted in significant damage to our property. The toilet was clogged and overflowed, necessitating the replacement of a brand new rug. Additionally, the pillows, which were purchased just three days before your arrival, were left with a blood stain. We also have a strict no-smoking policy, and a smoking violation was found after your departure. It appears that this negative review is in response to the fees assessed for the damages and replacements required due to your stay. Maintaining a high standard for all our guests is a priority, and these issues were out of the ordinary for our property.

Cozy quarters, easy walk to the beach, easy walk to restaurants and ice cream store, excellent instructions and assistance from host. Was a last minute getaway option that worked well for our family.

Perfect and Easy
We had SUCH a great stay at this property. The location could not have been better, about a block from the beach, there are restaurants and stores of all kind in walking distance and the landlord was responsive and nice. We went to the Ocean City one day and the kids were begging us to go back to the house in Ventnor. We loved it!

The stay was marred by a strong mold smell coming from the kitchen which required the window AC units on constantly. This made the unit very cold. The person above us was up daily at 7am, throwing shoes around and stomping. We lost 2 hours of sleep daily and had to delay our daily rise.

Quick get-away
My husband and I stayed for a few days, and we loved the location. The house was comfortable, very clean, plenty of storage. The host was very kind and easily accessible. The only issue is parking, of course!

Great Value / Location
Wonderful location less than 2 blocks from the beach and easy Uber to AC. Super clean. The space is a decent size. Really appreciate they let us borrow their nice beach chairs. Only drawback is you need to supply your own linens and towels and there wasn't much in the way of hand soap, but even accounting for that it's still a really great value just need to be prepared

We really enjoyed our stay! Home was super-clean and exactly as appeared in the photos. The proximity to the beach simply cannot be beat. Note that you must bring your own linen and towels.

Great mini-vacation!
We had a great time - the first floor apartment is spacious, very clean, and really comfortable. Everything we needed was provided, including beach chairs. The location is great - a very short walk to the beach, and lots of restaurants around. The host, Reno, was very responsive, answering our questions very quickly. We’d definitely come back!

Lovely stay on a great street.
This first floor apartment was a dream to find when our other rental cancelled and convenient for bike storage! Brand new floors, cabinets and vanities are a nice touch. We met several neighbors too. Would stay here again!

Location Location Location
The main thing we liked best about our stay was the gracious and responsive host. Anyone staying here will love the location which is a short 1.5 blocks from the beach. Also, only a short car ride to the casinos, Tanger Outlets, and boardwalk amusements. Parking near the rental can be a little tricky..
