Room service on the third day of stay. Towel and toilet paper upon request. Unable to contact hotel staff via phone. Trash bins in common areas full and smelly. Pool was green looking and dirty. Had to request a room change because 1st room was dirty, curtains falling and restroom was dirty. When manager was made aware a refund was not offered. Would have like for at least the first night to have been refunded due to the poor room condition of the first room. Hotel management was unbothered and unapologetic .

Almost canceled due to reviews When we got there everything was wonderful Nothing like people where saying Everything was perfect Check in was easy Room was clean and neat Food services was awesome Clean and perfect Just the pool was down But most of all we injoyed our stay room 308 Ac was cold just a wonderful experience

The whole building needs to be renovated. And the smell is terrible in the entire hotel. Only thing good was the staff. They were very friendly.

The pictures are very deceiving the guy who checked us in was really nice but the rooms look absolutely nothing like the pictures drug addicts where outside pool was closed sheets in the rooms where dirty and stained housekeeping was super rude when asked to change sheets and give clean towels hotel hallways smelled old and musty it was very disappointing to say the least I will never stay there again

The place is dirty and unsafe. My room had no cold water, my daughter got burned trying to take a shower. The sink is outside the bathroom, they turned Off the cold water because the cold pipe has a leak. I realized that after almost 2 minutes trying to get warm water to brush my teeth n wash my face. I ended having to put the garbage can under the sink to collect the water so I could open the pipe. Everything was reported ti the front desk, the response was just an “ok”. Will never go back again.

I had to change rooms 3 times between having asked to not be put into a room with someone in the conjoined room as they were loud. People were smoking in the halls, the room smelled.

Worst hotel i’ve ever stayed at! The staff was were so rude! Whether you’re calling on the phone or in person, they show no hospitality at all. The room was beyond dirty, the floors had what looked like some sort of infestation, the rooms smelt musty, and there were holes in the walls. Their pool was “closed for the season” when we were not told that when calling in to ask for pool hours. The staff went out of the way to make everything about the trip difficult. They even canceled my reservation even though I told them I would be checking in late. Overall it’s way better to spend the extra money and go somewhere that’s actually nice in the area. I feel like i wasted my money coming here and I will NEVER be coming here again.

While visiting family I reserved a 2 Bed Non-Smoking room for one week through Expedia as I am an Expedia rewards member and receive rewards for my bookings. Room was for the most part clean, however some of the towels and sheets were stained and the shower pressure was not very good and had to request a change of room. Water pressure in the second room was better, however there was only one lighting fixure on the night stand and not on the desk. There also was no clock radio in the second room. Contacted the front desk and they promply sent maintainence to my room with an alarm clock and lamp for the desk which didn't stand properly. There is 2 seperate areas next to each other, one for the shower and toilet and next to it seperated by a door was the vanity with sink and mirror in which there was only one bulb working and the door in between, not exactly sure why there was even a door inbetween, it opened out and was constantly in the way. I found it to be very annoying that I requested non-smoking room and they put a chain-smoker in the room next to me and it smelled like stale toilet smoke all night like the way it smells when someone smokes in a bathroom. The property itself was in overall good condition and there was a spacious cafe type lounge in the lobby. During the weeked the front parking was full by the time I returned and had to park in the back of the building and had to walk around the building to the front because the back entrance was locked.

We went there on last night for one night staying and my turn off qas about the breakfast. Since it's included, we was expecting something nice. Don't go on breakfast with so much expectation because it's nothing but only coffee, juice, sliced bread (that you can put in a toaster) and muffins. That is it. A really turn off especially because we was going to get a long way back home. Besides that, everything went well. Not complaining about the property or the room. You get what you pay for.

The hotel is ok, however housekeeping did a terrible job of cleaning, they left a make-up brush on the table and something was on the carpet and was not cleaned at all..other then that it was a cheap stay.. not good but ok..

The place is in need of rehabbing.deplorable conditions. Beds were sunken in and so uncomfortable, looks very old. Toilet not flushing, shower had cracks all over tiles. No lights in room. Had to call for a light. Could never recommend to anyone.
