Medicine that was available for purchase was empty for my entire stay. Breakfast area was not maintained after each use. And its ridiculous to not be able to take breakfast food back to your room. However outside food was able to be delivered directly to the room. Make it make sense???? Of the 2 rooms we booked, one room (superior king suite) had a bad mildew smell to it and the linens were dirty. (However new room accommodations were made) The wifi never worked for the 4 days that we were there. The pool was dirty and guests had to clean it before use. Not exactly what one would expect while vacationing.

The room that I was in with my boyfriend had hair everywhere in the bathroom and sheets and pillows and blanket to the point where I was happy that I brought my own pillows. There were stains in the sheets as well as the blanket and towels. It looked like nobody really cleaned the room enough to be considered clean. I had to buy new towels because there were stains and hair in them as well as on the shower walls and on the toilet seat. The breakfast was subpar could've had more options. I know there's a no smoking policy, but someone on the 2nd floor had to be smelling or smoking weed and it gave me a headache. I never write a negative review before, so this is my first time and it was really bad. The only plus side was the bed was soft.

Price was excellent. Late arrivals and only one clerk. He was not fast. He was kind, respectful and honest. Place was with old dirty furniture, nasty carpets, sheets were clean, king bed was good, bathroom was clean. Breakfast is only continental.

Our room was nice and the sheets were clean. However the room stunk of weed, and the shower didn't have proper ventilation so mildew was growing. Other than the extremely thin walls it was good for a one nights stay.

The staff checking me in was very professional with proper attire and no attitude. Room smells nice when you walk in, but it does need more lights since some of the lights are not working properly so the room doesn’t have good lightning. Bathroom is clean with hot water and good water pressure. The sink water pressure on the other hand is terrible to the point I was so frustrated that I just use the bathtub to brush my teeth and wash my face. Floor is a bit dirty but it’s way better than their other location in Duluth so bring a pair of slippers to walk around. Hair dryer is so weak that it took a long time to dry my hair. Bed is comfortable with thick blanket and soft pillows. TV is a little small, but works fine. It is located at a good location only 5 minutes from the Hong Kong Supermarket. The place is relatively quiet other than people keep slamming their door. I would definitely recommend this place and location. DO NOT STAY AT THEIR OTHER LOCATION IN DULUTH.

Enjoyed my stay except for the crying toddlers stomping above my head most of the night and into the early morning. One child was screaming at top of their lungs. Hopefully next trip I'll ask for a higher level floor without all the commotion. Also you can easily hear what the next door occupants are doing lol

I originally paid for a king bed but that’s not what I received after checking in to Sonesta (Norcross). The Property was extremely dirty and it reeked a horrible smell of piss and cigarettes. The carpet was stained and the ceiling was falling apart. The towels had strange stains on them and there was hair on the bed linens. I requested a new room which was granted but there was still no difference. I’ve never experienced a hotel stay of this magnitude. I am forever scared from this experience. I planned a vacation that I really wasn’t able to enjoy. I saved money to enjoy a few days in Georgia visiting my best friend since we both were grieving but I now have to grieve this experience and a loss of money through the process smh …DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY!

i wouldn’t recommend. there was a half used bottle of lotion in my room. the ceiling - has some paints off.
the hotel doesn’t have elevator. also the chairs at Business Center area are all worn out.
