The upstairs has signs that point you in the direction of an ice machine that is non existent. The coffee machine poured out water and when I asked, everyone seemed very confused and said it must be broken. The shower had drywall falling on my head while I showered. You get what you pay for, I suppose.

I work overnight and they were doing construction all during the day for the renovations, so I never got to sleep sheet rock was falling the floor on the second floor. It was flooded with water a whole mess.

DO NOT STAY. There were roaches on the wall when I walked in the room. I requested another room bc it was too late (at night) to go some place else; the gentleman was very apologetic and switched my room. However, once I see a bug I am unable to sleep…needless to say I didn’t sleep much, though I did not “see” another one again in that room. Next morning, when I went to brush my teeth, I ended up seeing another roach.

I WILL NEVER USE THIS AGAIN. I DIDNT EVEN STAY. THIS ROOM WAS FOR MY SISTER TO HAVE WHILE SHE WAITED FOR HOSPITAL TO CALL SHES 9 MONTHS PREGNANT & HAD BEEN WAITING SINCE 5AM 11/18/23 FOR THEM TO CALL & HAS SOON AS I BOOKED THE ROOM THE HOSPITAL CALLED. I CALLED IMMEDIATELY & THE HOTEL SAID IT WAS UP TO HOTELS.COM & I HAD TO CALL HOTELS.COM. I CALLED & GOT HELP FROM LOT & THE HOTEL WOULD'NT ANSWER FOR HER TO GET THE OK TO CANCEL RESERVATION. WE BOTH TRIED CALLING THIS IS ABSURD. NO ONE HAS MONEY JUST TO WASTE. I literally called within 3 mins of booking & spoke to lady at hotel.

Room had an odir to it. Thw people in the room next to ua was fighting and partying at 2:30 in the morning for about an hour or so.. The room had roaches in the bathroom walls. Very unpleasant stay

The lady that checked me in was super friendly and kind. She was also very efficient. Had me ready to go in just a couple of minutes. The desk chair was dirty. Otherwise the room was fine.

Upon arrival we had to wait 15 minutes to check in because nobody was at the front desk. Our room (room 118) had an awful musty/mildew smell. Our belongings were all damp the next morning and our family was congested with runny noses when we woke up. When I told the attendant about it as we were checking out she said “oh my nose is stopped up, I can’t smell anything” Like the smell was very obvious and everything in the room felt wet. The front desk made us pay a $100 deposit on top of the room price which is something I’ve never had happen even in the nicest of hotels. The breakfast was awful. No water for the oatmeal, the juice machine was broken, the waffle machines already had old batter in them, the cereals were mislabeled, and the yogurts were stuck together and the containers were ripping as you tried to take them apart. We were only there one night but I will never be coming back. I believe a refund should be given, but ultimately I’m just glad to be gone from there.

My plan when I arrived was to get in the pool ( no pool ) the web site didn't say so . The front desk didn't say either I would have never booked . When I vacation in the summer I always get a room with a pool . I wanted to wash my clothes ( no washer no dryer) I went out and found a laundry facility.

Roach infested
My experience was horrible. Immediately upon walking into the room, we turned on the lights and a roach was crawling on the wall. We attempted to use the bathroom and it was clogged up. We saw another roach crawling on the wall and on the nightstand. We were offered another room and roaches was in that one as well. The desk representative was very nice and took pictures.

This property was being operated clearly while undergoing repairs and construction. There seems to uave been some sort of pipe burst which resulted in water damage and a distinctive odor of od moisture.

I stayed at this property Several Times, the Pricing is convenient, Yet still over priced for its conditions. As previously mentioned I stayed at this property several times in the past, in the beginning I overlooked the conditions and brushed it off as simply being under renovations. However, that was several months ago, either renovations are moving extremely slow or this is the norm for this particular property. I was informed that there was some sort of pipe that burst which caused flooding, though I did not stay there n the property during this tragic event, I was unpleasantly able to experience the horrific smell of moisture and possibly mold that lingered behind, coupled with the horrible stinch of marijuana. Though the property states that this establishment does not allow smoking and if so fines would be implicated, either the owner allows it or the guest just does not adhere to this policy.

Management was the most unprofessional individuals I've ever met! He was in fact the owner! Rude and very unpleasant! I stay at this hotel frequently because my boss is trying to save money and every time we stay we have to change rooms for one reason or another.

Our bathroom door does not close. Door is either broken or the frame is not square. There are 3 people in our room so definitely not private. Staff are ok. Not super friendly or personable. I picked this hotel over the cheaper ones because of the pictures on the site but this doesn’t seem to be worth $60 more per night.
