Nice exterior, terrible up-keep

Cons: Everything needs to be replaced and cleaned.
I stay in metro cities very often, and this stay was only to sleep for a few hours then leave first thing in the morning. I wasn't expecting a lavish hotel, but for the price, I expected much more. The exterior looked very promising, but the interior could not have been more disappointing. The couch in the "living" area had tears all over the fabric. I don't mean small tears, I mean some over a foot wide with the stuffing and springs exposed. We could not even sit on the couch because of the exposed springs in the seats. The bed was comfortable, but every surface in the room was grimy and dirty. The bathroom was disgusting, mold in the shower, some kind of brown liquid on the floors and hand prints all over the glass and mirrors. I felt dirty being in the room, and did not want to touch anything. Very, very disappointed.

Hotel close to Perimeter

The hotel was sold out each day and the staff, while very courteous, seemed unable to cope with the number of people. My room was clean, but the suite sofa looked like a used piece of vinyl with stained cushions. The vinyl back and arms were torn. I never used it. The sheets looked clean except there was a pen mark that probably would not wash out. The sheets were not changed the first day. My room was not cleaned until after 4 pm and I had to call and request that it be cleaned each day.

Great Hotel.

This was my first stay at this hotel and I was not disappointed at all. Super clean hotel and rooms, super friendly staff, and very quiet despite there being so many kids and teens in the hotel. I came on the day of a wedding and still the place was as peaceful as can be.

Very nice hotel , about 5 minutes from perimeter mall and 15 from Lenox mall. Good location

Nice Staycation

Cons: nothing
Location: great local eats on either side of the $$ spectrum,
We live locally but wanted a nice get away for our 6 year anniversary. Staff was friendly and provided above and beyond service. Provided my wife and I with an awesome Fruit Tray with EVERYTHING, (gratis by the way). It really meant a lot to my wife and happy wife..................... ;)

Great stay however one thing I didn't like was one of the staff trying to enter the room with the do not disturb sign on the door. Other than that everything else was great!
