“Terrific Hotel, Terrific Service !!”

This is a terrific hotel, with amazing huge suites, and a terrific staff. The only problem was that the weather turned unseasonably cool the last two nights, and there was a lack of bedding on the bed (no comforter). The heating system was quirky, in that you set a temperature, instead of setting heat or cool. During our stay, we had a problem with the lock, and were unable to get into our room. The front desk gave us another key card, but it still didn't work. The front desk sent up a technician, who gave us another room to use, while he repaired the lock. This took about 30 minutes, and when he was done we were able to go back into our room. The technician then gave us, to our surprise, 4 coupons for free buffet breakfasts for the next 2 mornings. The buffet was very good.

I added an additional night which was quite expensive compaerd to other hotels in the area direct to the hotel. since i did not want to move I paid more that the westin eg.

This is a great hotel in a great area. I did find the breakfast bar a bit over priced. I was also not too impressed with their refusal to allow local food delivery to the room in which I only went to main lobby once for delivery; afterwards I refused to go down to main lobby to retrieve my food delivery and the restaraunt escorted delivery person to my room; I would certainly understand had this been a hotel in an unsafe area. Aside from these quirks my 11 night stay was nice.
