At the time of arrival I was given double bed room, however my reservation was for two queen sized so I had to request relocation. When I got to the other room I noticed missing bulb and glass from light fixture in shower/ toilet area which I immediately reported to front desk area- that was never addressed during my stay. Parking lot was covered in thick sheet of ice that was making loading my luggage in and out of building to my car borderline dangerous. Overall I am not satisfied with conditions and staff of this facility.

The staff was great—very friendly and helpful. The only drawback was that the hotel was pretty much empty so there was no breakfast provided. This means that we ended up having to buy breakfast, which added another cost to our trip. No accommodations were offered for this. We would have chosen another hotel for the same price had we known we were going to have to absorb this cost ourselves.
The property was a dump. All rooms had issues with heating/cooling, brown water, holes in walls, stains on furniture, gym closed, meeting rooms with technical limitations.
Less than impressive; for the rate I paid, I would expect a cup or two for coffee and a door handle that worked right. Our room was difficult to find and then the dead bolt would not lock or unlock correctly. We were still sleeping at 6am and the fire alarm went off twice but it was apparently the kitchen or a drill or something. The other sickening thing was the smoking container sitting right next to the one door we had to go through to get to the maze up to our room. It was super stinky. When we first walked in our room there was a really strong air freshener smell. This property is in serious need of updating and renovating some things that make it dated and unclean feeling. People were nice enough but our room and the hotel itself was just not worth anything more than $100 a night.
The lobby area looks nice. I had to go there for physical keys because the mobile key feature was not working. There were no bathroom toiletries in the room, and the walls are paper thin because we heard our neighbors’ conversations all night.
The adjoining room had a water leak that eventually resulted in saturated carpet in front of our room.

The water was $4 for a bottle. Ridiculously overpriced. There’s no microwave. Delk roads location is cheaper. Better services and cleanliness. Also never in my life had guest services come up and antagonize me for the smell of marijuana. That was “very insulting”. One thing is asking and letting people know they cannot smoke in the building. Another is coming at the guests aggresivley saying the smoking policy and acting as if I did something wrong. I was in a room with my four year old unaware of anything going.
They were to have a restaurant and bar but only at 8 am -11am for breakfast only.The loveseat was very uncomfortable. Ice machine was brook down so no ice.
Very nice staff . Room seems clean . Shower could have used a little extra TLC but nothing
I could not handle. Would recommend. For the money you pay it’s a good deal.

Never got my deposit back from November 26/21 and I didn’t receive it again for 2/11/22
It was my birthday and I could think of nothing else to do so I got a room and decided to have a comfort day. I was greeted with the most welcoming staff and they even gave me a complimentary birthday bag and were nothing but sweet to me my whole stay. I plan on returning soon, especially when the pool opens up so I can bring the kids.

Room had a weird smell and the garbage was still there from the previous guest. Small sofa in the room had stains.

Great stay, very clean and located in a great area near a lot of activity. My only complaint was after partially loading my car and going for breakfast early the morning of my checkout, my room was cleaned & the remainder of my belongings were scattered throughout the hotel prior to my checkout. Thankfully the people at the desk were able to locate my items even though they were taken to multiple places.

The bathroom in my suite had a slight urine odor. Sheets for the sofa pullout bed was not offered up front even though my reservation showed we would need them. It was after 11pm when I realized I had to call the front desk to request the sheets. The phone rang and went unanswered after 3 different attempts to call.
