Nothing similar to the pictures, the hotel staff are very rude, no housekeeping service , no breakfast for many days ,also they charge additional fee for the parking area, no reimbursement or discount for this inconvenients, they only reply “sorry for the inconvenients “ honestetly a want my money back, I feel like someone stool my money. Be aware for this property is an extended stay hotel.

There were strobe lights going off in my room from the time I checked in until the time I got back from a wedding. I was unable to get a hold Of the front desk when I called so I had to Keep going to the office with a video to prove to the guy that it was going on. It was late and I was exhausted and just wanted to sleep. Had I been able to get the issue resolved When I got there, it would Have been better.

I liked the fire place , the upstairs downstairs features. But the furniture needs to be replaced and my u it it was broken chairs and foot stool. I saw cockroaches so I left early. The property use to be amazing . I would stay here twice a year but this year it was awful it feels and look like an extended stay where people are roaming around smoking marijuana and unkept.

The most disgusting place i ever stayed at. This place needs to be demolished. People screaming at 2 in the morning, sketchy people sitting in the parking lot observing everything. We asked for a blow dryer three times nobody brought it, we had to go pick it up ourselves and wait for them to go get from another room. The room is so gross, stains on the carpet, walls, bedding everything is outdated. The pictures that are on expedia are probably when the place first open, now its just a dump. Do not go here!!

Had to call 4 separate times to request an ironing board (that should’ve been in the room). Waited many hours each time. They said they would send a housekeeper but never did. Asked for towels, and was made to leave my room and walk to the lobby in another building, take my dirty towels before giving me any replacement towels.

I spent my entire stay with a bathroom that doesn’t flush, after I was place in a room where I walked over dog poop to get in, the smell of marijuana was overwhelming within seconds I ended up with a migraine. They charged me parking after I was told if I don’t park overnight it will be free of charge. Canceling my following stay is now a problem to reimburse…

Saw several roaches by the refrigerator & the dishwasher. The sheets & the comforter had big burn holes on them. One of the doors inside of the room had a big hole in it. I would not stay here again.

Horrible stay!!!
It was absolutely horrible the heat had to be turned on for hot water. The hotel takes 250 for a deposit for a 5 day stay. It’s a community that people live in and the staff in the morning was non communicative.

Morning front desk staff was horrorable service. Breakfast time was still sleeping in Office and she hated to give breakfast , 3 days in the row said was not available all gone because her sleep was interrupted. All hotels give breakfast 3-4 hours in the morning. Within one hours all breakfast was gone? If you dont like your job and dont like to deal with people in customer services, please get another one. On the otherhand I was charged over $500 - more in addition to parking and my invoice $650 was paid prior to my 4 nights stay. I will fight for the extra charges and refund Horrorable service Over charges Not recommend

Excellent room for the price
The room was more spacious than I was expecting and came with a bunch of amenities like a fireplace, dishwasher, full size fridge with freezer, oven and more. Everything in the room was clean aside from a few stains on the carpet, and stocked with everything I needed. The parking was a bit difficult to find an open space near the room, but other than that everything was great and quiet.

This place is amazing. Like a real loft townhouse. Really comfortable beds and a full size kitchen. No remotes for the tv and a severely ignored cleaning of the ceiling fans was the bad. Plus the microwave had no glass platter.

While it was nice to have so much room, which I paid extra for, I was very disappointed that so many listed features weren't actually available. The pool was closed, the wifi was down the entire time, and the fireplace was wood-burning, with no wood available anywhere nearby, but that didn't matter because they didn't have any fireplace tools, making it impossible to safely use the main feature my family was anticipating. Oh, and apparently they don't have enough towels. They required everyone to bring your used, wet towels to the office and exchange them if you needed fresh ones. My favorite was the torn, raggedy condition of the towels and linens. Truly an adventure! And good luck getting help from the staff. My family travels often and understand that not everything goes perfect all the time, but here, nothing went well, ever. We did not enjoy our stay, and will not use them again. They wouldn't even consider a discount even though they weren't providing the experience listed here on Expedia. Terrible.

For 909$ i would had love for my tv in my bed room to had work and the living room tv had a few channels thats u couldnt her. Besides that i want to relax and thata just what i did relax. Front desk staff wa the best day or night.

The staff was genuinely helpful. The grab n go breakfast was presentable. We waited a long time to check in, had nothing to do with the property staff, our flight was in the middle of the night on a red eye so we were 4hrs ahead of check in, and due to the wait, the staff was kind enough to upgrade our room they were very accomodating!

The lady that checked me in was rude the room had water on the kitchen floor the carpets were old and fringes pulled two of the TVs didn’t work and I was told that some did some don’t and there isn’t anything they can do about it. The lady that checked me in checked me out didn’t want to print me a receipt then she said she would email me a receipt of my deposit I’m supposed to get back and it only had the 5$ dollar a day I had to pay for parking! The vent in the bathroom was rusted I am very disappointed and would like a partial refund we also had no internet so most of the tv channel’s didn’t work on the one tv that did work! Oh yes and the smell of weed in the room was incredible! Expedia should not have this hotel on there site!

The room was very dusty, the carpet was full of stained upstairs and downstairs. The room smelled like marijuana. The smell was so strong as if it was in the walls. The we’re no pots or pan, nothing to clean the dishes with. And the dust was so bad it lined the doors and walls and the ceiling. There was hair in the tubs and all over the sink. Sad to say I wouldn’t recommend staying here again until housekeeping improves.

This property is in need of repairs, renovations and better cleaning. The rail to the upstairs list bedroom is disconnected at the top, the entire place needs to be cleaned, 2 spoons in the entire place, the wi-fi was out my entire stay.
