You booked a 2 Bedroom Economy rental. However, you were confused by our listing that displays our check-in location’s address (closer to the ski area) and the Expedia general photo collage of all the condos available under our listing. Photos of your chosen condo were also included in the listing. Individual unit types below the general listing show the photos for each specific unit type, including the 2 bedroom economy rental that you chose. In an effort to accommodate your booking error, we offered you two options: upgrading to a nicer, more centrally located condo for an additional fee or a full refund. We granted you a full refund, which circumvents our cancellation policy. While our office was closed when you arrived, our afterhours staff serviced your request for two hours.
