This a great hotel if you are looking for downtown Asheville Experience. We could walk to the restuarants and shops.

“WILL DEFINITELY STAY THERE AGAIN”

GOOD COMFORTABLE ROOM. FINE BED AND TV. ALL ROOM FACILITIES WERE GOOD. I'LL DEFINITELY STAY THERE AGAIN BECAUSE THE PRICE WAS DEFINITELY GOOD. THE HOTEL RESTAURANT WAS A LITTLE PRICEY, BUT OTHER THAN THAT, IT WAS JUST WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR.

“Nice stay in Asheville”

This hotel was a great experience. The staff was friendly, and the room was clean and comfy. We were able to walk from the hotel throughout downtown.

“Great Value and Location in Downtown Asheville”

The location of this hotel is perfect for exploring downtown on foot. You won't need your car at all if your plan is to stay downtown. If you're not planning on spending a lot of time in your room, the hotel is perfectly nice. Has all the basics and is clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable, always a plus. The staff was very friendly and made us feel welcome. If you're not used to the sound of traffic, request a room on the side that doesn't face the highway. Otherwise, expect some light highway noise throughout the night.

“Very Convenient!!”

The hotel was easy to find downtown. Close to All the great spots for shopping and restaurants. The Building is a bit old but seems to be well maintained. I Like to park close by for easy access in and out, but one of the doors wouldn't work with the room card! so, I parked at the front of hotel for the security.

“It'll Do The Job”

Inside has cheap decor. Services are perfunctory. Nothing sets this hotel apart from any other in its category. On the other hand, it's a very affordable choice in downtown!

“Can't beat the location”

Although the hotel has been updated, it could use some more work. The elevator and interior corridors were hot and stuffy. The bed was comfortable, and the room was nicely furnished; but it could use an additional chair and a footstool. The big, flat screen t.v. was easily viewed from the bed, but not from the chair--needs a swivel function. The "heated" pool wasn't heated--at all. There were only three guest computers and one or more were down. The key cards were unreliable; we had to have our reprogrammed several times during our 4-day stay. Overall, it's still a great place to stay in downtown Asheville...reasonably priced, friendly and helpful staff, conveniently located within walking distance of the downtown restaurants, shops and museums.

“OK To Stay Here”

The Four Points Sheraton in Asheville is an excellent location if you're in Asheville, NC. It's a pleasant walk to the downtown area of restaurants and shops. It's also a quick drive to UNC Asheville and to Asheville's mall which has many of the typical mall stores I've stayed there 3-4 times in the last year without any problems. The restaurant is very good for breakfast and dinner. I haven't eaten lunch there. There are also plenty of restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. Also, there's plenty of parking.
