It would have been nice if the staff would quite

Posted 12-Jan-2015
It would have been nice if the staff would quite the 230am drunks the first time and for me not to have to call in after being awake for 3 hours because of loud drunk kids. I had to call 3 times before anything was done

Nice Hotel for a good price, d-town A-ville.

Pros: great location, pet friendly!
Cons: Free continental breakfast
Location: Lots to do nearby! You're in Downtown Asheville! Go get some good beer!
Nice Hotel. Breakfast was expensive, would prefer a free continental, but for the price and location of the hotel, that can be overlooked. We brought our dog and were put in a pet-friendly room. the room was very nice and we would not have known that it was a pet-friendly room, except for a smart individual who put wood runners on the bottom of the bed to prevent pets from going underneath the bed. Great location.

Close to Downtown

I thought this was a great hotel for the price. It looked a little outdated at first glance but our room was very nice and updated. Short walk to downtown so that was very convienent for us! Staff was very friendly upon arrival. Would stay here again!

Great location, just a short walk to a dueling piano bar and all of downtown Asheville. Plenty of parking, safe, and nice rooms.

Hotel rooms looked recently renovated. Beds were comfortable. Shower needed a new tub but still nice. The location is everything. Within a 5 min walk to DT main strip and easily accessible for driving anywhere. Would deff stay again

The room was big and very comfortable. There were no trash bags in the trash cans the first day, other than that, great!

Thank you for your review! I'm glad you had a comfortable stay! Please allow me to explain the trash liners. Our brand, as a green effort, requires we do not put liners in the cans. This is often misunderstood as an overlooked item. Thank you for mentioning it as I am able to clarify! We hope to see you soon!

Pros: expedia.com
Location: downtown Asheville art galleries, specialty shops and restaurants, 7 miles out of downtown - Biltmore Estate
Patton (front desk) was so helpful in getting me into a room near exterior exit.
