Frequent traveller here. I had some questions for the the front desk (owner) when I walked into claim my reservation.
My questions were regarding my reservation confirming payment so that understand how this establishment worked.
Right away I found myself facing a rude , arrogant , angry clerk that wanted nothing but to insult me for asking for clarification. I apparently had " no clue how anything works and was wrong for asking."
I was the only person there at 3pm with absolutely zero vacancy in the entire hotel.
The way the front desk clerk handled myself when checking in was unacceptable due to the fact that he suggested I stay somewhere else.
Please. People. Even in an emergency I would highly suggest not staying here.
I am not 'privileged' or complain there's not enough bacon at the breakfast buffet. I wanted and needed a place to stay.
But this turned around very fast once I entered the building and only wished to booked somewhere else. Guy wouldn't have cared if I dropped dead. Never ever again will I stay here.
