Perfectly located and walkable to everything. Friendly efficient and professional staff. Room very clean bed extremely comfortable. Some of the public rooms in the hotel are a little tired, but overall a wonderful stay for us.

Each of the rooms had a theme based on a different city which was very quaint. Only issue was some wear to the labels on the lights- meant it took me forever to try to figure out how to turn off the lights because all the labels had been rubbed off. Staff was wonderful though!

"Corridor to rooms needed a refurbishment. Bathroom let the room down. No Plug in sink, no hand wash next to sink. Two shampoos in shower, no body wash. Bed covers not sufficient. Too short. When you turned over the covers came off your body."
