“great hotel”

Ramada Plaza Antalya is a great hotel. The location is quite convenient and the prices are reasonable for a 5* hotel. The rooms are amazing, as it is a new hotel everything is brand new and barely used, The beds are massive and so comfortable and I had a great stay here. Whenever I am in Antalya now i will only stay here.

“Didn't get what we paid for”

Booked executive room through expedia. There were confusion at check in and got double charged that had to cancel later on. Got executive room, but with no executive lounge service. I think is due to off season and not many guests, executive lounge is not available. We should have been told and not charged for that rate or offered some other discount since we already paid via expedia. Area is good, but there are many other hotels around also. Will try another hotel next time.
