Before check out reception call many time to ask us that when we will check out.they bother us alot. The woman who was cleaning came and open the door without permission even she knew that I was in the room and I don't want her to clean at this day because I just want to sleep witthout somebody bothering me.I felt there's no privaty. Also the room really had bad smell and hadn't clean bed.

My wife asked for a printout and one of the CS guys charged her 159TL, non of the hotel ever charge a fee for the printout, and I complained He refunded it, I think management needs to inform the staff never to ask for payment for the print outs. I did not want the give fewer stars to the hotel since it was some of the staff's issues that needed to be trained properly. My wife also was not happy when She was checking in, the front desk was smiling and warm, and welcoming particularly one of the ladies would not answer my wife's request despite my wife's repeated 3 times. Those issues have to be handled by the management, providing good training. The front desk is the first impression of any hotel. Good luck.

Hotel is very clean. Staff are very helpful and friendly. They did not speak English and I couldn't speak Turkish but they always smiled and tried to help me. Room was very comfortable. Nice and warm. Quiet. Shower very nice and powerful. Breakfast was fantastic. Excellent variety and very flavoursome. The hotel is in a good location. I would make a reservation tbthis hotel again.

The housekeeper and F&B's team are ok and do the job ok. However, reception and reservation departments need to learn how to do the basic rules of the front office job and how to approach hotel guests correctly. This hotel needs good management to teach this basic hotel concept of how things work. Of course, I won't go to the Rox Hotel again. It is not a four starts hotel service and decoration that is even not close..there is no alcoholic drink licence and very poor breakfast.

Good location and conveniently located close to main kizilay attractions; however there is some traffic noise. Great breakfast and very good staff. Modern rooms with very good bathrooms.

Generally a good hotel, nicely decorated and clean, right in the centre of Ankara. We found the room poorly ventilated and too hot. Opening the windows is not a real option because of traffic noise. The staf is helpful, kind and courteous, but a bit slow.

The room was great, very clean. The location was very convenient, close to shopping, restaurants. However, we were big fans of the staff. Not a great friendly welcoming vibe. We tried breakfast two days and was cold. We ended up eating outside. But the location and room cleanliness was great.

Amazing location if you are interested in shopping and city center vibes. Great value for the money. If there were a desk and a comfortable chair in the room or a business center in the hotel I would have stayed there longer.

I had an absolutely great time during my stay at ROX hotel. I felt genuinely welcomed by all staff members. They were very helpful and professional. Besides, the room was very clean and it contained all the necessities. Upon my arrival, the air conditioning in my room broke. The manager of the hotel kindly accommodated me to the suite and the next day, they repaired the air conditioning. This showed how important it was to them the customer’s comfort and overall experience. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious and the restaurant staff were particularly always so kind. My favorite thing about the hotel, is its location. It is in the center and you can just walk to anywhere you want. *small tips* try to find ways to overcome the language barrier generally in Ankara since not everyone speaks English & there’s an amazing shoe store just down the street of ROX hotel.
