My wife asked for a printout and one of the CS guys charged her 159TL, non of the hotel ever charge a fee for the printout, and I complained He refunded it, I think management needs to inform the staff never to ask for payment for the print outs. I did not want the give fewer stars to the hotel since it was some of the staff's issues that needed to be trained properly. My wife also was not happy when She was checking in, the front desk was smiling and warm, and welcoming particularly one of the ladies would not answer my wife's request despite my wife's repeated 3 times. Those issues have to be handled by the management, providing good training. The front desk is the first impression of any hotel. Good luck.
