Excellent value for money, clean and large rooms, very friendly and helpful staff at reception, cleaning and breakfast. Fabulous roof top restaurant open only on Friday and Saturday though. Excellent sunset view. More info re Ankara and getting about like maps would have been helpful.

No frills stay.
Average stay. Decently clean. Perfect location if you are doing anyconsular business in one of the embassies around. Some good restaurants around.

I would like to mention a few points during my stay in this place: - The receptionist did not know English - They did not explain what services they provide - The Wi-Fi was not strong enough to stream videos - The TV had only Turkish channels - The breakfast had the same menu everyday - I hate the elevators in Turkey!!! Barely fits two people…lol

Shocking treatment at check out. Got accused of stealing a jar of nuts from the mini bar and demanded payment from me. I explained that I had not touched anything from the mini bar, but they were very arrogant and rude. I tried to explain calmly that if I want some nuts, I buy them or pay for them - I am not in the habit of stealing anything let alone a measly small jar of nuts. I felt humiliated and embarrassed. Never again.

great overall, friendly helpful staff, really good included breakfast in rooftop resto - only complaint for me was that the huuge round bed is too big for the room, so there was no room for a comfortable chair to sit in to read and desk chair not comfortable. shower stall doors need replacing.

Not bad
The room was a little small for 3 people. The room was clean, the staff was friendly, but they barely spoke English. Breakfast is not a buffet, it's a bit sparse, but you won't go hungry.

Great place
The stay was amazing, the hotel was in a good location, the room wasn't very big but it was enough for me as a solo traveler. The room was clean, and breakfast was good with some nice views. Staff were happy to help. Very little to fault with this hotel. Great value for money

Fabulous!
Great hotel in a great location. Cafes and bars nearby and a huge park just a few minutes walk. All the staff were so nice and helpful. But the open air restaurant view was amazing. I’ll be back, if the prices remain affordable.

Great Hotel. Excellent service, amazing view from the restaurant. The only thing that could be done better is soundproofing - when somebody in the next room watches TV, you can hear it as if it was your TV. Other than than, great hotel.

The hotel room is dirty. My stay was supposed to be 10 days and I left on the third day. It was horrible. I didn’t shower while I was there because it was dirty. They supposedly put clean bedsheets however crap all over the sheets. The hotel is a smoke pit, especially at night. The walls are so thin I can hear the person next to me taking a dump. The worst experience. No one speaks English btw. Unwilling to communicate using google translate.

Room was smelly
Stayed during long drive journey, room was some what seems good first view, but couldn't sleep entire night due to cigarette smoke smell was keep coming to the room, dont know from whate. By the time of morning got headache due to smell, got out early in the morning for further journey.

My overall rating is excellent value for money, the hotel located in beautiful quiet area.The furniture looks fairly new so nothing would go wrong, good central heating hot water and internet signals. Turkish cuisine buffet breakfast served in nicely layout terrace restaurant. The single room size relatively small no issue if you are on short visit, The hotel staff reception and room service lady are responsive helpful and professional. To move around the city you need to use the near by bus service get-off after few stops at Kizilay shopping area & Metro station then easily move around the city by Metro.

Amazing staff, great breakfast, clean rooms, and general areas. Amazing view from the roof and a close walk to the main restaurants and shops. Could not recommend this hotel more! I'll be back soon. Wifi in the rooms isn't great but works. Lobby Wifi is super fast.
