Maintenance is needed in the rooms, the bathroom door didn't close ,staff are friendly but not all of them can understand English,we asked them for iron it was not available. There were a lot of varieties for breakfast, which was very good.

i loved Ankara and Demonti Hotel. The rooms and lobby are very stylish. Staff is very good. Location is fantastic. Food in the restaurant was overly delicious. I strongly recommend the hotel.

Demonte is number 1 in customer service
I arrived Around 10:45 am on 07/02 and they accomodated me with an early check in . Extremely nice and friendly staff and their warm welcome was beyond expectation. They even helped with printing and copying a few documents. I would definirely recommend it to all travellers. Cheers

The hotel is good by itself, just bit old and used especially bathrooms. We had the problem with water it was over hot and impossibly to shower so I called reception and ask to solve this problem it was 8 pm till 9 pm no body came so I called back angry because I supposed to shower before my flight which was at night. The guy from reception came he was trying to do something but he is not professional so he did something wrong and our air conditioner start leaking right on the floor. I still couldn't shower plus my room was floating, guy left and said that reception will call me, I was waited too long and no once called me they just didn't care about that at all. I came down to talk with manager but he was not there and lady from reception was absolutely uncompitent, rude and useless. She said nothing she can do about... Hotel was fully booked and she said it's late to solve the problem, nobody was in the hotel by the way time was only 10pm. I travel alot and I've never seen such service. This lady from reception was absolutely uncompitent. I would never recommend this hotel for foreign people. The stuff treats good only locals Turkish people.

Disappointed in this hotel. Check in staff were rude. The barman Gani was the only happy helpful staff member we came across. He arranged an amazing day trip on a boat which made our stay. Hotel was in a lovely location on a cliff top with amazing views but that is about it. The rooms were tiny with no room to move. Very run down. No hot water on first day then it was an effort to control the water temperature - terrible. Nothing around the hotel to walk to. You need a taxi to go to town or to go to a restaurant. Food was below average. Would not recommend this hotel.

We have 4 restaurant chef's in our hotel and they are experienced cooking for 25 years. Hotel's location is one of the best locations in Ankara, Hotel is in the city center (KIZILAY). Hotel is close to shopping malls, cafes, pubs and historical museum's in Ankara. If you would ask for city map or guides about the city we are allways ready for help to our guests. Wish regarts.... The room we stayed was very small and very close to the street level. We asked for a change to a higher floor and a bigger room, it was a struggle. We were eventually moved to two levels up but equally small room with a tiny bathroom and hardly any space to move around or put a suitcase. The bathroom smelled not very pleasant, the shower did not drain well even though this is apparently a new hotel. The breakfast was average. The cleaning lady and the bell boy were very pleasant but the reception staff were not so helpful. This hotel would not be my choice next time.

Interesting design, very poor construction.
Our room had mold on the wall. Instead of a queen bed, our bed was two twin beds attached together. We had an uncomfortable sleeping. There wasn't a coffee maker in the room.

Nice place to stay
We stayed in a beautiful suite in this hotel. Location is great in the city center of Ankara. There are nice bars, restauraunts & cafes near the hotel. The hotel is really new & clean and the staff are friendly. The only problem we faced was poor english of the staff in this hotel that resulted in some misunderstandings hopefully not very terrible. Actually you can find a few people can speak english not only in the hotel but also in the city of Ankara. Also I need to mention one of the best things we enjoyed ( especially my little baby girl) during our stay in this hotel which was the jetted tub in our room.

Good for the price- only for a few days.
Just to keep it short; Cons: nobody speaks English-rooms were dirty and had bad smells, towels were not new. Pro: great breakfast, big rooms,superb location. I had some problems but they attended to it in shortly. Conclusion: it is a low 4 star hotel but could be a great 3 star hotel.
