This property is two metro stops away from the historic area of Amsterdam and the metro leaves every 7 mins. We enjoyed that the property was removed from the crowds, but so easily accessible. The metro station is approximately 100 meters from the hotel. We received a complimentary breakfast on our first morning, which was delicious. We had a small issue with the room temperature being too warm due to a problem with the thermostat, and the staff was friendly and helpful and the issue was quickly resolved. The property is very close to two small markets in the metro station and upon further exploration of the area, we found a supermarket, an outdoor marker, movie theatre and bowling alley within 500m of the hotel. Our room had a small fridge and a kettle, a variety of teas and instant coffee.

Hotel was excellent but could benefit from having a restaurant, not much in the area but situated very close to the Metro so very easy to travel anywhere in the city

Upon our early arrival (1:00) from out of the country, the staff quickly and pleasantly greeted us and got us quickly checked in. Everyone had a smile on their face every time I passed or approached the desk. The room was nice, spacious and clean. The location is excellent for transportation as you are only two stops from the central station.

This is a great hotel - well located to get into central (literally 5 minutes on the metro). It’s really good value for money. I searched tons of hotels in and around Amsterdam and this was genuinely the best one I could find which was still close enough to central but still a good quality hotel. There are plenty way more expensive hotels near central, some are nicer but you’d be paying double and some are awful and you’d still be paying at least a third more. Whereas this hotel fits a perfect balance. The rooms are nice, the beds are comfortable, bathroom is great, the shower was amazing. The staff are lovely and really helpful if you need them too!

Really enjoyed our stay especially being first timers in the Netherlands was easily accessible, 1-2 minutes walk from Noord Metro which is only one stop away from Amsterdam Centraal. Would highly recommend; safe, clean and extremely friendly staff. Hotel was well equipped with bar, restaurant and gym facilities!

So convenient! Extremely close to the train, yet quiet and comfortable. The staff helped me with tickets to a tour and made sure I was happy. My room was comfortable, very clean, and perfect fit my needs. I will stay there again if ever I get to come back to Amsterdam. It is away enough from Central Amsterdam - but it's a quick and easy train ride away.

Would highly recommend this hotel! I was in Amsterdam for 2 days for a girls trip, the hotel was so convenient; located right next to a metro station, it is a few stops away from Amsterdam central/dam square. Hotel itself is very modern, spacious, maintained to a high standard. Just wish the check in could be quicker as only one staff member at the desk but otherwise highly recommended!

Stayed at this nice Hotel for 5 days on my recent trip to Amsterdam. Nice, clean, new modern facility with extremely kind and courteous staff. Right outside the Noord metro station. Special thanx to Omar who gave me a room right away at 11 am although the check in time was 3 pm. It helped a lot after a long flight from SFO-JFK-AMS. Will definitely come and stay again at the same place.

This hotel is located in a great area, its right by the metro station so very convenient as far as public transportation goes. Space itself is nice, very modern bathroom. Staff could be a little more attentative, multiple times they weren't at the front desk. Had to wait a few minutes and asked for recommendations and wasn't able to provide anything.

New, cosy hotel with great location near the metro
Mercury Nord station is a new, clean and excellent hotel! Just 7 min the way to the center by metro, 100 steps to Nord metro station and supermarket, huge breakfast, clean service twice at day, free ambrellas near the door - everything was perfect. I loved a quiet, new and cosy room with great amenities in the bathroom and quite air conditioning. Only one little exception was a too big pillows. It can be nice add a small hug pillows and a separate blanket. We have enjoyed the stay very much and will be back! Thank you, great hotel and kindly staff.

Lovely hotel in a good location. Our room was spacious and clean and all staff were helpful. It is a few steps away from the metro which only takes 4 mins to reach centraal station. There is a shopping area a couple of mins walk away with some supermarkets, food outlets and clothing shops and there is also a corner shop almost opposite the hotel. The hotel also lets you leave luggage after check out to collect later. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Amsterdam due to the great price and quality of the hotel aswell as the location.

Great location, stylish and comfortable
The location of the hotel is extremely good, it is located in Metro Noord station, which is near the Amsterdam Central station, but you can have a much silent area to stay with. Supermarkets are around by walking 5 minutes. There is a restaurant nearby with delicious food and reasonable price. The hotel room is spacious and comfortable. The facilities are in very good condition and it looks clean! It was really a good experience to stay with. The room is a bit pricey, but it is really nice overall and would recommend to all of my friends.

We came in early with my 98 year old Mother. Jasmin, the receptionist, checked with housekeeping about cleaning our room first and got us in within the hour. He even helped bring up our bags and made sure we had bottled water. Very considerate and efficient service.

Its away from the main city, although the metro station is right there, you can definitely find better options. There is absolutely no shops/restaurants around the hotel. Check in experience wasn't up to the mark, got rooms on diff floors when checked in. Rooms were relatively small!!
