“Outstanding in Every Way.”

The hotel is new, and the rooms are outstanding and nice sized for the UK. Tile bathrooms and spacious. Because the neighborhood is business offices, its extremely quiet (such as no jet noise like the hotels closer to the airport). The shuttle is free from the airport to the hotel, but there is no sign for Holiday Inn Express at the bus stop at Schiphol where all the hotel buses come. The bus is shared with another hotel and comes around about every 30 minutes, just watch for the sign on the bus window or side. The bus back to the airport is a small charge. The complementary breakfast offers nearly everything, and all fresh.

“New, clean, quiet, but out of the way”

Brand new, quiet, clean. It's in an office park in Hoofdorp, a quiet town. A bit further from Schiphol than the others. If you have an early morning flight, taxi to airport is a steep 25 Euros, as their shuttle only starts at 6 AM and services 2-3 other hotels, so plan for that. A 10 minute walk to Hoofdorp station with regular service to A'Dam Central Station is fine except on holidays when there are fewer trains. Free Internet and in room coffee/tea is appreciated. American style comfort at a very affordable price. Had to leave too early for the complimentary breakfast. Very pleased, would stay again

“SIMPLE ELEGANCE”

The room was small but very sleek. The bathroom was exquisite, the shower amazing.The bed was very comfortable and I wish I could have taken the pillows home, they were so great. Would definitely stay here again, if I had to overnight at Schiphol. A 10 out of 10!

Hotel propre, chambre très petite, salle de bain convenable. Petit déjeuner copieux je retournerai sans problème.

“You should stay here”

This is a great place to stay. Especially if you are taking a flight from the nearby airport. I hightly recommed staying here for any reason.

“good hotel in business park surroundings”

A very good highly modernistic hotel with some minor idiosyncracies. For example you need to keep your card key in a special holder to activate the electricity. similarly the air conditioning may need to be reset. Surrundings are rather bleak, but there is an excellent and very popular restaurant L'Hirondelle nearby that is well worth a visit. Reservations may be required as it is popular with guests from the various hotels in the area. Overall a good choice if you need to be near the airport. The shuttle bus is free from the airport but will cost you to return, so overall it is not really free.

Good Hotel, but very far from the airport and there is no shuttle after 11pm.

“Business Park located, not recommended for Central”

This hotel is located a bit far from centre of Amsterdam so if you’re planning on going their daily during your stay I would recommend a closer hotel then this one. Overall I would recommend this hotel and would have give it 5 if it had a free shuttle bus return to airport instead of charging 7.50 Euros per person. What I did like was about this hotel that it had very clean rooms, free T-Mobile WIFI throughout the hotel and buffet breakfast which was nice.

“Easy in, easy out, nearby conveniences”

The hotel is near the airport and has its own shuttle bus. Staff was friendly and informed. Breakfast was fine. There is a VERY nice shopping mall within walking distance (1/2 mile or so) that includes many shops, restaurants of various type and quality and a major bus stop with a bus that for 4E will take you to central Amsterdam. Also within walking distance of a train station that has service to Central Station. Rooms are functional, clean and typical spare. Internet access was wired and good. Wireless also available but I didn't need to use it.as I carry a cable to plug into tne wired.

“Holiday Inn Express, Amsterdam Schipol Airport”

The hotel is very modern. Was unable to use my computer. Perhaps the hotel's setup is for European computers and not American. We left too early to have their breakfast, which looked to be a typical European breakfast with rolls, sandwich meats, and cheese, and not a Continential one. The clerk recommended a nearby restaurant, where we had a wonderful meal in a very nice setting. There are walking trails by the restaurant which are well lit. They have an airport shuttle service, which is free from the airport. You have to pay for the trip from the hotel to the airport. We would stay at this hotel again!
