“good for the money”

If you just need to get your head down for a few hours before partying again then this is the place. Really close to the train station, coffee shops, red light district and dam square. The staff were all friendly, the room was a bit on the small side but didn't spend much time in there anyway. The room was clean and comfortable and wasn't expensive. Great coffee shop recommendation from the receptionist and you get a discount from the restaurant prices. Would definitely use this hotel again

“Quality Hotel”

After reading the reviews first on here, i wasnt sure what to expect cause it got very mixed reviews. HOWEVER the Delta hotel is quality... The staff were mega friendly, the hotel is clean, yes the hotel might be a bit old fashinoed but your in Amsterdam who cares???? Plus free breakfast buffett in the morning proper English fry up and the hotel is right in the centre and train station up the road, is perfect. Overall great holiday and great Hotel.

“Very good hotel for the price”

The hotel is a little far from the city Center but the metro system is on walking distance from the hotel... The staff were great and very helpfull and they spoke English which was great.. I recomment this hotel to everyone..

This is not a hotel for families. This is perfect for bachelors looking for some wicked fun in amsterdam. The staff was very freindly and helpful. The location is great if you need somewhere close to the train station. The free breakfast included was also great. If i'm still single and visting amsterdam again i would come back to this hotel.

This was really a pleasant surprise! For such an inexpensive hotel, I found it very clean and comfortable (very small rooms though!). The desk staff was also very friendly. The only complaint is that the foreign maids were very loud-yelling at each other and making lots of noise back and forth during the first morning when I was trying to sleep off the jet lag. In general, this is a surprisingly quiet hotel given the location right off the main street close to the station. The breakfast was included in the room rate and was very good(although I would have liked them to start serving a bit earlier than 7:30am. I'll be back here again.

“Hotel Delta good location Amsterdam”

We went looking for something cheap but better than a hotel, e.g. not having to share amenities and being in a safer environment. The room was simple and clean and had a great view out to the centre of Amsterdam and the hotel was in a perfect location. It's very basic but the beds are made everyday, fresh towels given, and there's a free safe and a tv. Also breakfast is included so nothing to complain about for such a good price. Clean and simple and perfect for a group weekend in Amsterdam. I would recommend anyone to take a canal trip to the van gogh museum and see the I Amsterdam sign and just wonder around as much as possible because you can discover new streets and interesting places everywhere. The falafal place next to the hotel (next to the best chips in amsterdam) was amazing, cheap and you get so much, also nice change from typical junk food. Also check out Bagels and beans which is a chain throughout holland for lunch/snacks
