The porch and garden areas are wonderful to sit, relax and have conversations. Our breakfast was very good with good conversation around the dinning room table. « the estate is beautiful. our bathroom was super small with the toliet right over your knees . water pressure in shower was great. the bed super comfy slept like a rock. didn't know it was the 3rd floor. lol Not good for people with bad knees. Breakfast awesome. The people that work there super nice also. great location. »

« We decided to book this as our children had a basketball tournament at Spookynook. We had a total of 15 people staying Friday -Sunday and we couldn't have asked for a better setup. Plenty of room and the amenities were top-notch. The boys appreciated being able to use the hot tub after a day of playing several games. The host was quick to respond to any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again. »
