The staff was very helpful. We were down for my niece and great nieces funeral and the staff took care of us like family. When I go to Americus I always stay at the Hampton inn. The hotel is always clean and the staff are always friendly.

The hotel was very outdated and dirty. It smelled really bad just walking down the hallways. The wifi was so slow that you couldn't use it to send any wok files or stream anything with having to pay for enhanced wifi. Will never stay again.

Great location and price
Friebdly staff. Great breakfast. Clean room and bathroom. We liked the refillable shampoo, conditioner, and body wash containers. Hotel well insulated from extra noise.

In a word this property is a dump. Pealing paint, broken bathroom fixtures, loose carpet tiles, splotchy paint, old and very tired furniture. We booked this property based solely upon the reputation of Hilton/Hampton Inn - that reputation is now diminished in our eyes.

One night stay.
A one night stay while dropping our son off to college. An older hotel that had a partial refurbishment at some point. Parts of the hotel were shabby - walls, door frames, furniture. Reception staff were friendly.

The room was clean and was sufficiently large. Bathroom was above average. Check-in clerk was friendly and efficient. It is convenient to a number of restaurants. However there was trash in the parking lot. The other tenants were also noisy, making sleep difficult. I would still recommend this hotel.

Hotel staff was best ever—so friendly and helpful from desk, kitchen and cleaning. One bed had frame protruding slightly which bumped my leg. Automatic doors on front closed too quickly and bumped my fragile wife. Just beware those two things and stay will be wonderful with nice staff!

This property is safe location and the staff was pleasant. The rate is not worth the location, Hilton corporation should reconsider the hotel rate at this location. This is a small town with no local attractions.

AC was not working properly. I could not get the temp below 77 degrees. The room was very difficult to sleep in, Gave the desk the info at check out and he seemed to not care or do anything about it for the next guest.

Convenient. Welcoming staff. Clean room. Could even smell the cleanser in room on arrival. Delicious and orderly breakfast. The kitchen director was very friendly, and on top of keeping food stocked and area clean. A couple of crawlies, but what do you expect in lmost 100 degree heat? They're looking for the cool, too. Good room location ! Overallll a great stay. Heat advisory our so they offered water at departure.

Good stay in Americus GA. No issues other than the exhaust fan didn’t work in bathroom. Could smell a faint odor and saw what appeared to be mildew on walls. I did not report because I’m sure housekeeping has seen this a dozen times and no one addressed. I’d stay here again as I felt comfortable, safe and the staff was professionally. Great breakfast too.

The clerk could not locate my correct reservation! A big water walked across the floor, it came underneath our door! The shower floor was just nasty! We had to place a towel on the shower floor to bathe

The staff was very nice. The property is a little older and needs a bit of an update. Room was clean. Did approach front desk about toilet not flushing well. No one came to room to fix or check on issue. Left next morning so notified the front desk again about the issue with the toilet. Hopefully is was fixed before next guest checked in.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room had stains on the carpet and overall was not vey clean or well maintained, especially given the price we paid. Very below standard of a Hilton hotel.

2 nights stay, the room was clean, yes it could use some upgrading, but if you are looking for a perfect new hotel then you need to look at the 300+ prices. We have been in hotels priced from 150 to 700 but never experienced the kindness , professional and caring employees what we had here. The lady in the kitchen ( free breakfast ) keeps her area clean and full. Coffee is as good as Starbucks. And she is very pleasant and helpful. Same goes for the reception desk. Very pleasant experience.
