The hotel lost power. I would expect a hotel to have a back up generator. Breakfast was lukewarm. It got very hot in the room. We had to go down a pitch dark stairwell. My husband is 80. It was frightening.

Staff was friendly and helpful! Bring ear plugs cause it’s too close to the highway and the ABSURD amount of lights is unnecessary. It’s not warm and inviting it’s BLAST YOU WITH LIGHTS EVERYWHERE! The hallways, lights on lights like whyyy so many? Like no!! The amount of money this place spends on electricity must be outrageous! Nice room though :)

The location of the hotel is accessible from the highway and downtown Allentown. The breakfast choices are amazing. Highly recommended!

The main thing is house keeping is too loud in the morning and even though we have late checkouts they still knock or open the door before 12. Very annoying.

I liked the room but the showerhead was broken and didn’t stay in place for me to shower without any problems. If that was fixed prior to my arrival then the entire stay would have been perfect

Bathroom had a leak from ceiling above. Not usable. Was offered a substitute room for shower. Water was not warm - was told that this was because of a broken thermostat. All these Made the stay very inconvenient They should also set the clocks to show the right time. Totally confused us in the morning when the alarm clock showed 90 minutes ahead. At least The staff was attentive and polite. But overall unpleasant stay.
