The breakfast was good but needed more gluten free option that not mixed with other food. Also adding nightlight into bathroom would be helpful. Overall stay was excellent!

Iris was very friendly and helpful during my late check-in. Morning crew was okay and had a more cold-friendly tone of voice. Just needed that smile and warmth on their voice to make it a perfect experience being at the front end. On my 3night stay, I requested full service for the room for one of the days (my birthday) and did not receive it. I did hear on the radio housekeeping asked if its okay to go in with the do-not-disturb sign on doorknob and agent at front said yes. There must have been a miscommunication in between. It would have made my day more perfect but I understand these things happen. Breakfast was also good. The ladies there kept it clean and filled, which was appreciated.

On the way to the hotel, we received a message that our room was not ready due to technical problems. And that the hotel administration is ready to provide us with another room. When we arrived at the hotel, we were told that this other room was in a completely different hotel for the same price, only without breakfast and smaller in size. In the end, the price turned out to be higher, but when I pointed this out, they promised to refund the difference in price. We were with two small children and this whole situation was tiring for us.

The front desk staff were absolutely amazing! They always greet you gave you pointers and made everyone feel welcome. The rooms were spacious and very clean. Will definitely recommend.

It was difficult to find a hotel near enough to DC to use public transport that had free parking and an indoor pool(important when you have kids). This property checked all of my boxes and I would stay here again. 4 nights for just over $1000 for 4 people.

Our stay was very comfortable! The rooms were clean and spacious and the staff was wonderfully helpful. The kids loved the pool and the free breakfast was a great way to save some money. Access to the parking lot was a bit wonky- the GPS routed us the long way around. The Huntington Metro station is just a few miles away and has a parking structure. I highly recommend parking there and taking the train into DC. All in all, I was very happy with our stay. I would absolutely return.

I went down to Alexandria for a class and this hotel was extremely convenient to that. there were plenty of restaurants and it was close enough to Washington DC to go see the cherry blossoms in bloom. The hotel itself was quiet and extremely clean and comfortable.

I liked the convenience to the museums in DC, closeness to National Habor/MGM, and the near by well known stores and restaurants. I will be sure to save this location in my favorites! A huge plus for the pool only being 4 feet at its deepest with the ability to relax in the jacuzzi

We stayed overnight passing through. The tag was wonderful and the hotel and rooms were clean. The beds were noisy, wallpaper was peeling from the walls. The hotel currently has some updates happening as the common area is closed, so breakfast options are limited, and we saw new sconces set on the floor down the hallways in the morning. Overall, it served its purpose and there are paid breakfast options not far away.

It was a clean room and a super clean bathroom. The only thing is that the toilet was clogged:( Admin send a worker right away and he solved the problem.We did not get any apology for the inconvenience.

Housekeeping walked directly into the room and i was half naked. Mind you, housekeeping had already knocked and woke us up twice this morning. They were by terribly rude and walking into a customer's room is beyond unacceptable.

Nice place to rest!
honestly this hotel was amazing for the price. the room was CLEAN, and that’s saying something because my standards are high! the beds were comfy enough, and the front desk was kind and helpful. There was some weird markings on my bedside table, but I didn’t mind too much because the room was overall very clean and well kept. I informed the front desk about the markings (mostly so I wouldn’t be blamed for them) and they were apologetic. The area is also very nice and seemed very safe. I stayed here during a very busy convention and the hotel was a nice, safe, comfortable place to get rest.

Really liked this Fairfield Inn. Great value for the money. Check in in was smooth and we were able to get in before check in with an upgraded room. Staff was very attentive and pleasant. Whole place is clean and fresh. Very nice pool and hot tub area and small gym which we used both days. Breakfast was VERY good as these types of breakfasts go, and good coffee! Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Pool closed the county did it not us.
Booked this instead of another due to it having an indoor pool. Upon arrival pool closed. Never opened in the 4 days I was there. Left room around noon on 2nd day and requested my sheets changed. Returned back at end of the day and no housekeeping had been in room even after requesting from front desk. If you didn’t ask you didn’t get even if you asked. Reply from general manager from hotel survey just blamed the pool on the county and never assumed responsibility. County doesn’t close pool unless it is a maintenance issue. It made matters worse to have shifted the blame by management. Will not return to this hotel location or family of hotels.

The room was quiet and clean. It was strange being on the first floor because the window looked to a brick wall below ground. It was fine though. The only problems were the bathroom fan didn't work, the hot tub was out of order and someone was smoking weed in the vicinity of our room. The pool was nice, very chlorinated but still nice to swim in the winter. The towels were tiny, more like tea towels. The breakfast was nice, lots of options. We did take the oatmeal back to microwave.

I am so glad that i made this reservation. The facility is perfect. The room was large and clean. It got all amenities I expected. It has a convinent location for grocery shopping and restaurant too.

Hotel was clean, desk staff were friendly and helpful. I had called before we arrived to make sure the hot tub worked and was told it was. When we arrived the hot tub didn’t even have water in it. The whole reason I booked here was the hot tub. The breakfast was not great.
