Hi Rishi, as was discussed on the day, we can see that the curtains were torn while you were staying in the room. You also checked out of the room very late and left the room in a very dirty state, with no care shown toward the property whatsoever. It took a team of cleaners to clean the room, which could have incurred a cleaning charge. Commodore Team
