I'm sorry to hear that you and your wife wasnt well and that you were not able to stay with us at Hovell Tree Inn Best Western Plus Albury. Unfortuantly no, we can not offer credits towards your stay- these need to be arranged through Wotif whom you booked and paid through. I do hope you would consider staying with us again.
