We got a good price on a busy weekend but we would not stay there again because it is in poor condition. Due to change of management, staff were on limited duty; however, the staff on site were pleasant and helpful. There was no dining, the main coffee machine was out of service, and the key cards didn't work.

We do offer a Courtesy Bag to all our guest which includes a fresh piece of fruit, granola bar and bottle of water, sounds like you grabbed one. We realize we are an older hotel and not always prefect so we rely on customer service if you have a problem. Rest assured that we take the appropriate measures to address any problems and prevent any future occurrences. We are scheduling a renovation for 2026. For one night stay, this hotel was not bad but I’m glad it was just a ‘passing through’ place to get some sleep. The room was acceptably clean, the staff friendly and got us checked in quickly. The property definitely could use some TLC. The shower did not work. The faucet handles in the bathroom sink had to be positioned in the middle for the water shut off. The room door was tricky and we had difficulty getting in and out to go to the car. Glad I used Expedia points to help with the cost. It was not a great experience but I did not feel unsafe being there.

Inconsistent hot water for showering. One minute would be hot, then next would be icy cold. After a long day of driving, you just want to relax with a hot warm shower... well that's not happening at this hotel. As for cleanliness, it's not the best but also not the worst. I definitely liked the hardwood floors as opposed to the traditional 'never washed' disgusting carpet. But the walls of the rooms are still a bit dated and dirty. But a big plus is that there does not appear to be any bed bugs or other crawling insects of any kind. Other than that, the staffs at the location were rather friendly and helpful. It is also right across from the mall and other restaurants so that is convenient. I don't know if I would come back again, but maybe if for a really short 1 day stay, then possibly.

It was very average at best. The place still smelled like cigarettes. The staff was nice. The price reflected the quality of the property. I can’t be very hard due to the fact that the cost per nite was more than fair. I would say good bang for your buck.

The room was very rundown. There was black mold in the corner of the ceiling. The fridge still had contents from the previous guest. Sheets and towels were very used and looked dirty.

I am not picky by far but this place was dirty. Bed linens were dirty. Floor was sticky. Spider crawling in the bed in the morning. Halls smelled of cig. smoke. Sketchy people in and outside of the lobby. Felt like a drug house!

I am by far not a picky person and you get what you pay for but this room was dirty! The floor was so sticky and the bed cover was disgusting! I found spiders in the bed the next morning. Had I seen them when we first arrived I would have left. This was supposed to be a NO SMOKING property and the halls smelled of fresh cig. smoke. There were sketchy people inside and outside the lobby. I felt like I was coming into a crack house!

Hope it was the last room and only one like it?
I booked it at 6pm, and checked in at 11pm the same night. Bed was comfortable, and that was important! Loose toilet seat, faucet, and shower rod. No trash can, toilet paper on the sink, no pin to roll. Paint on the floor near the bed. No lamp shade, curtains didn’t close completely so room not dark in AM. This was room 104. Hotel had 6.8 rating so I was very surprised at its overall condition!
