This is the third time we have stayed at this hotel. It’s always clean and comfortable, right off the interstate. Plenty of great restaurants and shops close by. We will be back.

This is a nice hotel with great access to shopping and dining! There are several restaurants nearby, including fast food options. Also, there are several department stores and other shopping options very close, as well as Walmart and target! Our room was clean and plenty big. Staff was nice, and breakfast had great options.

Great for a one night stay on the way to the beach. The air conditioner didn’t cool very well , but the place was clean. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was good!

Pool hours were a negative. Our daughter was in the honor band at the University of Montevallo and we booked here for the indoor pool. However we were unable to use it because it was closed before we got back.

Very friendly lady at the check-in plus the very nice clean, spacious room with fridge and coffee maker. And the hotel is close to an excellent barbecue restaurant. Everything was perfect after a long day spent in the car!

Fantastic!
I’ve traveled extensively for business over 18 years. This is the most comfortable bed, hotel room and bathroom I have ever had. The bed is super soft and room is spatious with ambient lighting. I felt like I was in a spa. Shower was big and had ledges to use as needed. Room was very clean. I hope it never changes as this will be my choice whenever I visit.

The staff were GREAT! Helpful, willing to take time to see to all our needs. We have stayed often and will continue to give this hotel chain our first consideration when traveling. The room was clean enougch, at least the most important things--the bed and the bathroom. The part where there is tile flooring is cleaned with something that leaves ibehind a slippery film and when you step on it leaves black marks on the floor, so it did not make me feel okay being barefoot. The carpet on the hallway is desprately old and needs to be replaced. The elevator was not very clean either. The breakfast was very complete and coffee was good

After paying almost $300 for a room, I was disappointed in this property. The tile floor was sticky and dirty, the remote for the tv didn’t work, one of the lights in the room had to be plugged in for it to work even though there were two switches to turn it on and off, no shower curtain, no hair dryer, water fountain and bottle fill up in the hallway didn’t work, toaster in bfreakfast area was probably older than the hotel and only one half of one side worked. If it were one issue, I could understand, and I am probably forgetting something. The hotel staff were five star and did their best to fix and assist with the issues. But again, the room was almost $300 for a regular room, and my expectations for this price are to not have any issues. The area is great with plenty of dining options.
