"We originally booked this unit and switched to other unit due to owner request and personal issues. On pictures unit looked even better, 2 story, 2 king beds and "sofa bed " that was for kids sleeping. Unfortunately, sofa bed is broken and old, not possible to sleep on it. Mar. 11, 2020When we tried to checkout after 10 total hours on the phone with Expedia, they kept us in the hotel lobby with security demanding I pay them for three hours. They cancelled our shuttle and refused to get us a cab.I have never been treated this poorly
